I think the best feature of Brokermint is that it is able to house the transactions, the accounting and the reporting that the office needs! Also, as the Broker-in-Charge for my real estate firm, one of my duties is to review files, in Brokermint, and ensure they are compliant, etc. Brokermint makes organizing files for agents, very simple! And, therefore, agents are able to upload missing/incorrect documents quickly and all of this enables me to approve documents/files with ease and speed!
I wish there was a dropdown menu for REFERRALS on the dashboard.

Now that BoomTown has acquired them, support and communication have gotten better. The power that the software has not been fully utilized. I would anticipate with the skill set that BoomTown brings to the brand, we should see some fantastic improvements and results from their user base.
I was not too fond of the original brand because of the support of their product. That has changed, and it is a welcome addition. Any issues that I have reported were resolved quickly.
Don't waste your time with a sloppy, almost integrated technology stack. Run out and pick up the BoomTown and BrokerMint package.
My entire back office, contracts, onboarding new agents, tracking production, and soon I'd like to see recruiting.

We have used Brokermint for about 6 months now. The setup takes some time but if you truly spend the time and effort there are systems in place to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the broker and owner, I enjoy that I can run any type of report and see pretty much any brokerage stat instantly and then export those to an excel spreadsheet.
Some of the forms are not mapped correctly to Texas forms but the help desk is working to correct these issues. I have to say that with any issue we have faced they have done everything to make sure that we are happy and it is working correctly.
Transaction management, Back office management, Commission reporting & tracking, CDA's. I have used many programs for all of this before and I have to say that it is very nice to have all of this in one system that just works! This software is amazing for running end of year reports for agents to see where they can improve throughout the next year.
My favorite parts about using Brokermint are the ease of merging, splitting, and renaming documents right there. And the organization features are top notch! Switching to Brokermint has been great for my business.
There aren't many issues I've had with Brokermint. It is fabulous as-is. If there was one thing I had to change about it, I would add a bit more customization to the checklists. You can add custom fields, but I would love to be able to put those custom fields on the home page of the transaction menu and the buyer offers menu, so I could sort by Client names or otherwise.
Brokermint has helped me keep everything organized with the custom checklists. I love that I can upload documents and have clients sign in the software. It helps me stay on track while managing multiple transactions.
The online chat help! I find myself with small issues and the quick replies are SO helpful for a busy day. I love that I can get answers promptly to move forward with my day.
I think the DA is hard to use... I used to use another system that was way more straight forward on all the breakdowns. The CDA is too complicated if you ask me.
Trying to figure out best way to teach agents has been a hurdle for me.... benefits, its pretty easy overall to learn (outside of the way DAs are set). Yes Business performance has increased.
As a small brokerage owner with two branches, this has been amazing! Helps so much. Very user friendly and all of the Agents love it!
Mobile app needs improvement, as well with the esign. We are all used to Docusign and this one has a lot of missing features
Having a second branch, this makes it easier for everyone to submit their docs to me for review and keep it all in one place
It has several features that we like, such as the option to arrange pdfs and electronic signature
We have not been able to complete the option for the clients (sellers or buyers) to follow up the transactions, and when an e-mail is sent from the system, it usually takes some time to arrive to the recipient's email.

It is not that I dislike the electronic signature part of the system is more that I do not use it.
Easier to use and easy to set up new agents. Fits all my needs and satisfies requirements for record retention for the DRE.
The Department of Real Estate in California requires Broker supervision and this allows me to show proof of supervision by reviewing the documents and also the retention of documents. I love that anything I can put into a PDF document I can attach to the transaction such as text and email messages from the agents.
