Broadsign has become a staple when activating dOOH campaigns. It provides great results (achieved a 10x lift in viewing intent for our Fall F’23 campaign) and allows building dynamic and flexible dOOH campaigns. Its audience and location data aids in identifying and targeting potential viewers, reaching them contextually via different formats and advertising seamlessly across most OOH owners. Most importantly, it allows leveraging negotiated deal IDs and optimizing in real time using actual results. Broadsign is an extremely easy platform to use, but when needed, their team is always ready to help.

There is not much I dislike about Broadsign platform. The company continuously adds media owners, provides guidance in how to use the software and provides webinars that educates about programmatic OOH

Broadsign played a great part in planning and evaluating our DOOH HP Print campaign in South Afica.

They helped us in building a strong strategy and also a final BLS to evaluate the impact of the campaign.

Broadsign has been designed from the beginning to handle large networks with performance and automation at the core of its design philosophy. The platform has also gained a lot of maturity over the years to reach an extensive set of functionality that can address practically any challenge in digital signage. Moreover, it has fully documented APIs that allows flexible integration with other systems which is usually the case for enterprise settings.

It takes quite some time to learn the solution due to its extensive set of features, so having access to extensive training or consulting expertise is very useful

Broadsign platform has a product for each theme, from intelligent planning capabilities to content management to reporting and last but not least programmatic, it has all the tools required for an enterprise grade digital signage.

It has improved so much our operation and commercial performance, as well as the implementation of new ways of presenting our contents in a more dynamic way.

Broadsign is the most complete Digital Signage programming platform on the market, it allows full control of both software and hardware, offering great stability in DOOH channels, both on a small and large scale, it also has a very high level of security and it is fully customizable according to different operation roles.

Broadsign is a software that is in permanent development, it must improve in terms of user interface, and with the option of having an application to have control from mobile devices.

Programming content in client networks with many screens at the same time, and with the possibility of playing content based on criteria, is a great help and saves a lot of time and resources in the area of content programming.

We have a competent and super responsive interlocutor. We connect every day of the week, the platform is intuitive. I had never done programmatic before, I immediately felt comfortable with the platform.

The only negative point that I could mention is that the platform is not suitable for mobile phones. It can be disturbing if we have creative work to validate over the weekend or even during the holidays.

It allows us to generate turnover, we have new customers thanks to this platform that we would not have had. We are very happy with it, many DSPs are connected on Broadsign.

Delivery of new versions is sometimes confusing since there are many hotfixes etc and it becomes hard to remember which versions fixed what issues.

Instead of problems (which include bugs in the system etc) , I'd say Broadsign helps us provide high standards of delivery of ads to our customers by adding features and fixing any bugs found in the system.

Absolute flexibility when tackling any digital signage project regardless its scope. Most robust CMS we have ever used being 100% reliable.

Lack of availability to access certain monitoring functionality from a smartphone or tablet device.

Our company has deployed a wide range of projects, each of them presenting different needs. To date, Broadsign has been able to comply with every single requirement the client has thrown at us.

I helped start a new DOOH Network named Swiftmile. Since day 1 the team at Broadsign including Amy Yuan have been some of the most professional in the industry. From seminars to answering questions we've watched them grow, expand, and improve their offerings the last 4 years. My team is extremely happy with the solution.

At first some browser issues were affecting productivity, but they have addressed many of our concerns. In the past some other software companies we have dealt with listen to issues, but do not take action or add a feature we need to the roadmap. Broadsign is the rarity where we bring something up and then we find out its in a future release.

It's not Broadsign alone. More visibility into the details of campaigns could be very helpful to media owners. SSPs are limited in what data they have to share in that regard.
