Cool social listening app

What I really like about BrandMentions is how easy it is to setup alerts and just start tracking stuff that matters: mentions, sentiment, even competitors. It doesn’t just show social media noise, it picks up stuff from blogs, forums, reddit etc which is super useful.Also the UI is clean and I don’t feel like I need a PhD to understand the dashboard. Support team is also responsive and helpful anytime I got confused. Fully deserves 5 stars.
