Brandbassador is a very easy tool to access. The tool is easy to use and keeps track of everything regarding the ambassador's activity, and mission updates and even all the help available anytime we want. I recommend this tool to every emerging brand or company who wants to grow their brand with the people around them.

There is nothing I would like to change in the tool. Any improvement done in the tool will be great to us.

The problems related to missions and its performance. Problems related to any technical stuff. Mike is always there helping me and my teammate in solving any problem we face. This platform have helped us in achieving a great number of revenue last year and we are so happy to achieve this milestone.

Our quarterly discussions with Winnie, our dedicated account manager, are consistently enjoyable. She aids us in defining our objectives and ensures our account stays on track. Winnie has always been readily available to assist us with any challenges, and the overall customer support we receive from Brandbassador is exceptional.

The straightforward and efficient mission setup process provided by Brandbassador deserves high praise. Thanks to its user-friendly interface, we can effortlessly establish multiple missions each week.

Since our account overhaul earlier this year, we've been remarkably successful in accumulating authentic user-generated content (UGC) from ambassadors spanning the globe. This UGC has played a pivotal role in various digital marketing campaigns, delivering impressive results.

One minor critique we have is that occasionally, new messages vanish from the dashboard. Fortunately, we can quickly locate them by searching for the ambassador's name. Besides that minor issue, we absolutely adore the platform!

With Brandbassador, we can effectively facilitate the generation of genuine reviews from satisfied customers who truly appreciate our products. Moreover, we've successfully gathered a substantial amount of authentic user-generated content (UGC), a task that was previously challenging to accomplish organically.

Brandbassador is very helpful in helping the team decide who is the right fit to be a brand ambassador. The program also helps us detect who has fake likes,followers, and views on Instagram by letting us know when a profile has inconsistencies.

I love how straightforward the platform is, its incredibly easy to manage and if I hit a writers block I have a ton of pre built missions that help me to get out of that slump.

I wish the search system was better when searching for specific ambassadors. Sometimes I can type an ambassadors name in verbatim and nothing appears still. I think this could be fixed easily however, it just seems like a bug.

Brandbassador helps us to engage with our most hardcore fans incredibly easy. We can send direct messages about new product launches, set missions around these product launches which in turn, helps us to launch a new product. There are plenty of problems that Brandbassador helps us to solve but, engaging with our audience is number 1.

I love how we're able to gamify the ambassador experience and make it more fun and enticing to our community!

Brandbassador has streamlined the affiliate/ambassador program, making it much easier to run the program as a whole! Our previous program was much smaller and much more basic, this has made it much easier for us to manage and grow the program

I love the platform, it's easy to use and Winnie, our customer success executive was amazing, she explained how to use the platform very clearly, always helped us hit our goals and maintains such a cheerful and positive attitude on our monthly calls <3. We use brandbassador every day and love seeing our business thrive and grow on there. Implementation was so easy, Winnie guided us through the entire thing. They have a great number of features and making missions was so fun!!! Integration was awesome and we love getting to know all of our ambassadors through the plaform.

That it is so easy to use. The gamification in the missions is very attractive to the ambassadors that are in the app and that helps a lot when you growing a community. The customer support is amazing, our csm is always there if we need anything. The start with Brandbassador is also really easy, with a few clicks everything is integrated.

I would just point out one thing and it is that it could be easier to filter, segment, and go throught your own missions, especially when you have a lot of them.

Finding influencers that are interested in our brand. Having an active community that we can communicate with a few clicks. Having all the influencer codes in just one platform, that makes it really easy to track overall sales.

I love the ability to engage and reward ambassadors within the platform. I have used several other platforms to manage partners and I have always run into the problem of them getting bored and becoming inactive. This would require extra effort by me to contact and incentivize them. With Brandbassador, it creates an environment where ambassadors are excited to log on and see what they can earn. It also helps to create trust between the brand and program members. The brand knows that ambassadors will fulfill their part of the deal (content creation, reviews, social media engagement, etc.) and ambassadors know that they will get rewarded. The missions are so easy to create and there are even templates within the platform if you are in a slump or don't know where to start. My FAVORITE part about Brandbassador is that you literally cannot fail unless you don't accept help. Customer support is always there for your daily questions and they answer within the hour 90% of the time. In addition to that, you will be assigned a Customer Success Manager to meet with you 1:1 once a month. My CSM, Winnie, is fantastic at answering my questions and making suggestions that have proven, time and time again, to improve my ambassador community.

The only problem that I have run into with Brandbassador is that it has limited access to demographic filtering. They have an option to filter by State but it has never worked for me. You can also filter by city which can be helpful if you have needs for a mission that demographically specific.

It helps us to boost our Social Media engagement, helps us to have UGC content for repurposing on our platforms, and boost our reviews on online websites.
