Review Summary

Braintree Direct is generally praised for its easy integration, particularly with payment gateways and existing systems. Users find it simple to make charges, refunds, and handle disputes. However, a common complaint is the lack of robust customer support, with many users experiencing long wait times or unanswered requests. Concerns also arise regarding limited refund options and clunky analytics, with some users finding the platform overly complicated for mass transactions. Overall, while Braintree Direct offers user-friendly payment processing, it struggles with customer support and certain features like analytics.
