Most flexible CRM

What do you like best about BPA CRM?

BPA CRM is based on MS SharePoint and delivers not just a SharePoint Template, but a complete configuration framework for SharePoint.

What do you dislike about BPA CRM?

Recommendations to others considering BPA CRM?

You can use the "Ready-to-Go" templates from BPA Solutions for CRM or other processes and they do a great job for most SMBs out of the box.

BPA is Great

What do you like best about BPA CRM?

Out of all of the CRM systems that I have used, I feel that BPA CRM is one of the best tools because it is way faster than Salesforce and provides better dashboards that are in real time.

What do you dislike about BPA CRM?

You can not easily add different modules from third party apps like Marketo, Leadspace, Outreach, which can be very frustrating for a SDR Manager like myself.

What problems is BPA CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am trying to organize all of my customer's account's data and information in a way that is easy to see across my entire sales floor.
