hard to choose just one, but customer support is basically instant and with a human.

Not a dislike per se, but a feature request, I would love to see a method where I could select specific stats and have it save to a pdf. This way I could forward to my client.

As an independent funeral live streamer, I originally struggled with streaming to a platform that was easy to use, and perhaps more importantly, reliable. When I get a new assignment I can created the stream in less than a minute.

Boxcast support is very responsive and is great to work with if issues arise. My account manager keeps n contact to make sure we have what we need. The dashboard makes it easy to automate the start of the stream make my job easy.

When using Boxcast, there is no software solution that takes advantage of their Boxcast Flow protocols. So you are limited to using their hardware to use Boxcast Flow. So you must buy into their hardware to take advantage of the Boxcast Flow protocall.

Boxcast helps our stream stay online during inconsistent internet issues. It also helps us to distribute to multiple destinations at an affordable price.

For the Communication office of an NCAA Division III athletics program with limitations on staffing and resources, BoxCast checks all our boxes. Its ease of use allows us to stream home sporting events while not requiring much time to set up and not needing a lot of gear. At the same time, our streams provide high-quality video of our sports to parents, families, fans, and beyond.

There's truthfully not much that I dislike about BoxCast. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that the download time when downloading past broadcasts from the back end of the site can be long (however, this is totally understandable as many of our streams produce very large files) and that the feature of clipping highlights can be a little tricky to use at times.

BoxCast helps us answer the question: "how do we live stream our home sporting events without spending a ton of money, requiring a lot of effort from staff, and taking up a lot of time?" It provides quality, reliable streams and saves my office a lot of time in doing so.

I find BoxCast incredibly useful for scheduling and distributing live streams of church services and other events. I love that it allows me to share to multiple platforms in one spot, and the hardware encoder is a huge advantage as it saves computing power from other machines and automatically encodes video formats. Scheduling ahead of time and keeping backups of past services are also great features. The customer service is fantastic, as anytime I have a question or issue, I can get the information very easily. Transitioning from OBS, I believe BoxCast is a much better solution, and the setup was incredibly easy.

The only issue I had was lack of 4k streaming which they just added recently so I have no complaints currently.

Additionally, the initial setup of BoxCast was extremely easy, and everything worked as intended.

Boxcast makes it easy for us to schedule and stream our weekly church service broadcasts. Using the simple, web-based interface, I can plan broadcasts to stream to multiple platforms based on each service's needs. Using our Spark box makes it easy to get a good-quality stream directly from our in-house feed. What is nice is that the system just works without any effort from our service AV volunteers. On the rare occasion when we have a support need, the technicians at BoxCast are always very helpful and go above and beyond.

Everything works great, but there is one feature that I would like to see added. First, I'd like to be able to end a broadcast from the Spark box. This would allow our volunteers to end the stream without logging in.

We did have a problem with the box and recording to the SD card, but a recent update fixed this issue. Support has always been very helpful and accommodating.

The ease of connecting with customer support is my favorite aspect. There's far less guesswork involved in troubleshooting than what we experienced with our last service.

I am not particularly happy that we are required to maintain a subscription plan to continue using the BoxCast Sparks we bought. I'm also frustrated that running two simultaneous streams requires paying an extra fee. Our streams often overlap by a few minutes, which creates complications, yet that inconvenience doesn't justify paying a higher cost for an already somewhat expensive plan.

The live diagnostics and editable livestreams have helped us remedy issues more quickly, particularly where Facebook Live streaming is concerned, and the automated beginning and ending of streams has removed a few steps from our process.

We started using BoxCast when COVID began in 2020. At first, we planned to discontinue broadcasts once in-person services resumed. However, we received such a strong response with BoxCast, along with the ability to broadcast to multiple platforms, that we decided to keep our broadcasts going.

We do a daily broadcast of Evening Prayer. Our priest needs to record it ahead of time, since she isn’t always available at the moment we go live. However, scheduling each day’s broadcast and setting up the links takes a lot of time and ends up being quite time-consuming.

We’re able to reach our parishioners on the platform of their choice. We routinely broadcast to both Facebook and YouTube using BoxCast.

Easy to use and an excellent product. Everyone has been great to work with, and the overall experience has been very positive.

There is really not anything I do not like.

Power surges caused our encoder, which was over six years old, to stop working, so we’re replacing it. They were wonderful about offering to troubleshoot, and they didn’t push us to buy a new one until everything had been checked out.
