Easiest,Fastest way to Book
What do you like best about Boulevard?
There's so many things i like about boulevard. It was super fast to get use to. Everything is self explanatory. I like that different people have different color blocks to make things organized and love how it is so easy for clients to book online, reschedule/cancel. Also when thinking they cant get better, they always keep updating for a better experience. Their customer support is incredibly fast to any questions or concerns. If they don't know the answer they will email you after. I use boulevard every day of the week. I wouldn't change it.
What do you dislike about Boulevard?
The least thing i like about boulevard is the front desk option. I don't really care for it or use it.
What problems is Boulevard solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boulevard is making it ease to schedule online appointments. For example when i am not by the phone to answer calls, they can go online at whatever time to make an appointment.

Always Innovating and Improving
What do you like best about Boulevard?
This is the most customizable and user-friendly software I've used in this business. We transitioned from another software two years ago and making the move was so easy we only needed one training session to implement it. We didn't even need to transition our client base over, they took care of that. I utilize both the desktop and Android app every single day seamlessly without any issue. New features come up every month that make using Boulevard stress free (ideas WE as users get to suggest, not just the quick fixes they think we want). And every time there has been a bug or error that needs updated, customer support lets us know so fast we never need to reach out to them and let them know there's a problem.
What do you dislike about Boulevard?
We have yet to find something in the software that is a hinderance.
What problems is Boulevard solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't seen any issues that we need fixed, usually any software bugs that come to our attention are from the Boulevard team and they're fixed so fast we barely even notice they're there.

What do you like best about Boulevard?
User friendly (very easy to use). It was a very smooth change from our old software. Customer support is great, the Bot usually helps with all of our questions but if we need futher help there's someone on the team always available.
What do you dislike about Boulevard?
I don't like that when you check a client that has a discount or has used other payment methods it gives them the total price paid, and it is very confusing. Also the reports could be easier to personalize, and given more options for us to get the exact report we need.

Scheduling, payments and getting new clients.

What do you like best about Boulevard?
It is one of the easiest systems I've used and I've used so many in the past years. We use it everyday and it is a vital part of our business! It has rebooking features, retail, and add on features! Customer support is als o prompt to respond! Over all a great pos system.
What do you dislike about Boulevard?
No dislikes. Only one I may say is when ringing out a membership, it does not auto assign the membership to the host that is ringing it up so we have to go back and manualy add the commison. At times we may forget to add it and the host will not the commision for the sale. Other than that, I love BLVD.

It helps us as a pos and with keeping track of appts and client history.

What do you like best about Boulevard?
We have loved using boulevard at our medspa! There was a hesitancy at first due to the higher price point, but this system is worth every penny. The charting is easy, scheduling is seamless, and client experience is better than anything else out there.
What do you dislike about Boulevard?
There were a few workarounds needed for my medical aesthetics practice, but knowing that they are always working to improve the experience for all different businesses is a huge plus.

What do you like best about Boulevard?
The ease of use, features and the intution of the product is incredible, the best I've ever used. The team and support is also best in class. The team is also great with implementation and getting data transferred over.
What do you dislike about Boulevard?
POS systems are never one size fits all, so of course there are little things that you need to work around but I've never experienced a team/support that helps find the solution so quickly! You're going to find something that you don't love, but there is always an easy work around.
