Botpress is a great platform for building fully customizable customer support chatbots and it works on many channels. Botpress has a flow builder and built-in AI. This lets us create custom flows and use AI in our chatbot. Also, we can train our chatbot on custom data, like our website and documents. It can also automatically translate messages.

What do you like best about Botpress?

What I liked best about Botpress was how easy it was to design conversations using the visual flow builder. It didn’t require deep coding knowledge, but still gave flexibility when customization was needed. I also liked that it connected with multiple channels like websites, Slack, or WhatsApp without too much extra work. The AI features, combined with rule-based flows, made it possible to handle both simple FAQs and more complex conversations effectively.

What do you dislike about Botpress?

There wasn’t much to dislike, but in the beginning there was a small learning curve—especially when setting up advanced integrations. Some of the documentation felt too high-level at that time. However, once I got familiar with the platform, these challenges turned into strengths because of the flexibility it offered
