What do you like best about Book My T?

Book My T is a very easy to use application, its interface is very friendly so it does not require learning curve, even in inexperienced users like me, I find it very easy to configure and easy to use, allows the management of restaurant customers including reservations, without appointment, as well as the allocation of tables, menu management in addition to billing and reporting, which makes it a very functional tool. On the other hand is deployed in the cloud through its mobile application you can access your account from any mobile device iOS or Android, so you can monitor remotely the activities that are being done in your business.

What do you dislike about Book My T?

I would like the software to be more flexible regarding the personalization of the account, being able to enter the logo of my business would be fantastic and in the generation of invoices, as so far only the name is displayed.

This tool has given me excellent results, I am pleasantly satisfied and grateful that thanks to this program we aim to grow as a business, with a good management of our clientele. I recommend it.

What problems is Book My T solving and how is that benefiting you?

After searching for information on the Internet I came to this program by chance, at first I was a little skeptical so I decided to do the free trial, because as owner and administrator of my restaurant, I was looking for a tool that would help me first of all to the organization of my business, in addition to making the automation, because in peak hours or high demand as is lunch and dinner for the little administrative experience reached the point of collapse, However, since we implemented this program we have been able to respond to our guests more quickly and effectively, the online reservation system automatically sets aside a group of tables for people who attend without prior appointment, so our customer flow has been constant, there are no longer people who have to wait for the availability of tables, this has resulted in an increase in customer satisfaction with the service provided by our business.
