My favorite feature would be the Highlight option, I think it's really interesting and could be improved, it's really helpful for us. I like the recording option and the chat. It was a great add the option of breakout groups.
I honestly don't know how to put a background, something so simple. And sometimes you're forced to join a meeting with the camera on, which I also don't think it's necessary. It could have some other interactive tools, like drawing on the screen.
Bluejeans is a very good tool for any video interaction, be it a meeting or an online class. You can have stability in your video call even when your connection is not stable and this is one of the strong points of the product, in my opinion. Easy to understand, user-friendly, and also allows you to record your meetings in high quality, which is very useful for training. You can see several people at once, which is very useful for meetings in large groups. You can create sub-groups within large meetings, which is extremely useful for dynamic, collaborative projects. I have been using it almost daily for over a year now and there is nothing to complain about, it reliably does everything it promises and is the best tool for video calls, in my opinion.
In my team, we used for recording the training for new employees. Recording the shadowings and the routines through Bluejeans meetings really improved our processes.
I was trained for a new role using blue jeans. It was easy to use and compared to Adobe rooms.
The long access codes issued. Codes could be shorter and less complicated.
Have a pen for the access code!
Social distancing limitations. Being able to reach more individuals at once for training spaces.
I've been a meeting member twice now to experience BlueJeans Breakout Sessions. In addition to Bluejeans' flawless video+audio conference meeting capabilities, the moderator of the meeting can now send audience members in groups to separate BlueJeans Breakout Sessions. The Breakout is another Bluejeans conference where only some of the audience is. The Breakout can be a timed duration, then you are returned to the main Bluejeans to see and hear everyone. This feature worked very well in my experience.
All good. As an audience member, I also have the option to leave the Breakout to return to the main Bluejeans.
Everyone is working remotely, and I am not even in the same state as my manager or most of my team. Bluejeans has been a great communications vehicle.
Ease of use, ability to copy link quickly and share easily, compatibility with app or not necessary
so far nothing! I've been really impressed!
Definitely do it if you are looking to find an easy solution to video conferencing!
BlueJeans make scheduling calls and video conferences incredibly easy. My former company had a dial-in phone number and each employee had a conference number and leader pin, so the meeting couldn't start until the leader logged in. Creating a video conference was like pulling teeth. I've been amazed at the capabilities and ease of use of BlueJeans at my new company!
Unique Meeting codes with easy log in using a web address you can paste & go
Ease of use
Quality audio/video on cloud
Based on my current usage i don't dislike anything about this cloud based platform
connecting with vendors and partners on a regular basis for sync ups without any connectivity or network issues
We use this tool for all of our meetings at work.
Sometimes the connection can be a little blurry, but I think that's typically due to a poor internet connection.
We are solving connecting all of our disparate teams from around the country together. It works very well!
My favorite feature of BlueJeans is how easy it is to use. It is the only conferencing software our firm utilizes, for both exrernal and internal calls, but colleagues and clients all rave about the ease of use compared to other software options. BlueJeans is straightforward, provides great screensharing cabapabilities, and very reliable.
Little to dislike with BlueJeans. They have made meaningful changes to the platform since working from home has become the norm.
In the work from home environment, BlueJeans enables collaboration to continue. Features such as the whiteboard, ability to upload files to share, and breakout rooms allow for BlueJeans to be used for much more than your usual meeting. Great for brainstorms, etc.
I liked how easy it was to setup a meeting. A few clicks and you are ready to send out invites. I also like that it integrates with my outlook so meetings are automatically synced to my calendar. We used this for internal team meetings and occasionally some presentations. It did a great job on both counts. The Audio and video quality was great and it was really easy for people to share their screen or their Powerpoint presentations. Even as a user who had to join meetings I had no complaints. It worked reliably even when I was working off a Hotel's wifi.
I would have loved a Calendly Integration. I dont know if they have recently added that or not but it would be great if it would automatically send out invites when someone booked a Calendly meeting with me. I know Zoom does it so it should certainly be feasible.
There are some great alternatives and a free trial of BlueJeans that you can look into. I would recommend checking those out and using the trial before you go live.
Even before the COVID situation happened, we found virtual meetings were more productive and less disruptive than in person meetings. Bluejeans was a great tool for that need.
A very simple interface and easy to use options
Mobile app option is very useful to attend meetings on the go
Outlook add-in helps with scheduling meeting right from your email
Command center option is very useful and very well designed
Recording feature really helps with recording training and demo meetings
Sometimes it could be hard to find what you are looking for especially the web interface and app vary to a great extent
Doesn't have an inbuilt video masking tool. I have to use the recommended 3rd party tool Snap Camera for video masking
Customer support could be better. Being a new user it does take some time to get used to the way for opening a support ticket
Some newer versions had some feature missing that they had in the previous versions. This could be improved
No meeting poll option like Microsoft FindTime. I have contacted support and they don't have any 3rd party recommendation as well. With the current market competition they must invest in getting these additional features available as soon as possible.
I highly recommend Bluejeans and it is a very and easy to use tool
If you are not worried about meeting polls and video masking feature then this is a great tool to use
Must use the mobile app feature as it is super helpful
All video conference calls are done using bluejeans
I love the part that we can integrate it with our room systems using Cisco devices

Blue jeans rooms are easy to use. This platform is much more user-friendly than some of its competitor platforms. I highly recommend for anyone who holds teleconferences.
There is nothing I dislike about this platform. Perhaps it could be more well known? That's more of a marketing issue than a software issue. That's all I'd recommend.
I'm an actor. Many casting directors use BlueJeans Rooms to hold remote auditions. Gone are the days of having to commute to auditions with Blue Jeans Rooms. Highly recommend.
