Integration with another system

Customer support not very easily accessible and too expensive

I love how easy to use this software is. I had used other plm softwares in the past and this one is by far the easiest one.

The customization process can be a bit hard.

All in one for apparel manufacturers.

I like that Blue Cherry is very simple and easy to use. It is easy to navigate and it is very accurate.

I do not like at time it can run slow, however it is a very accurate source.

It work super great as far as information is concerned. However it can be slow at times.

We are solving our sales issues and it allows us to accurately track styles shipped, and our inventory progress.

The product though complex has the power to really centralize the Design, sales, production, EDI, invoicing, returns...everything a garment manufacturer needs to run their business

The documentation is not as complete as it should be.

- Connectors often seem to be created for a specific customer, and then CGS appears to sell it as a completed product but then wants to charge you to do a modification to make the connector work as needed. I had this happen with the Shopify Connector and then with the NuOrder connector.

What I like the most is that it is very easy to use once you have learned to use the software (which I must say is a very simple task), the fact that I can see detailed information about the orders made to my suppliers is a great help for organizing and improving a large number of administrative processes within the company, another point in their favor is that it has a wide range of options that allow me to improve multiple areas of my company, such as management, planning, design, and implementation, their customer service team is quite responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns that arise, which guarantees that I can make quite a smooth use of this application without fear of losing so much time in case there is any failure.

I think it has some processes that contain a large number of unnecessary steps, at least in the sales registration part, they ask for a large amount of information that in the end turns out to be unnecessary, so this could be greatly simplified.

It has been helping me to improve in a quite general way all the internal processes of my company, so that I can optimize them more efficiently, which helps us reduce execution and response times to customer requirements, not to mention that it also helps us maintain better order and control of the activities developed in the company.

With some training, it is very easy to navigate the program to find what you need.

When the program is sometimes slow when pulling large amounts of data (such as searching or selecting products). It causes the program to be unresponsive and creates a delay.

I am mainly using Visual Next to fulfill customer orders. The program also keeps a detail records of product stock levels. Using Visual Next helps me save time and stay organized when completing these tasks.

Responsive support that learns your particular business needs, and helps you use the system to grow your business.

Sometime difficult to onboard new users if they have never used a system like this before. Once they are up to speed, it is like second nature to them.

Look an as many systems as you can to make sure you have the right solution for you business.

We use the system for whole sale production, EDI, warehouse management/, The system has great reporting capabilities and allows you to take deep dives and really see trends.

Time consuming, lots of repetition, hard to eliminate excel sheets and use BC solely

I like being able to customize reports to better fit my needs.

Unless you spend more to upgrade you have limited capabilites in some instances. There have been a few glitches where IT had to file a Web track to get it resolved
