Its versatil, adaptable and easy to use. I bought for a personal project and just loved it, now I am trying to had my team switch from Asana to Blue

No comments, it had adapted to my needs so far and had used for almost a year

I am able to keep track of the projects I am managing as a frelancer. I can easily let my clients know about the status of their projects, since I used my projects move faster and comunicating with clients is easier.

What I liked most about Blue is its intuitive design that simplifies project management while offering powerful features like real-time updates and customizable dashboards. These tools have significantly enhanced our team’s collaboration and productivity.

The only downside is that it takes a bit of time to fully explore and utilize all of its advanced features.

Accessibility of the app is great.You can open it on your browser tab, install it on PC / MAC, iPhone. It integrates well with Google Calendar, and it has all "bells and whistles" when it comes to notifications and reminders. The developers are extremely responsive and helpful and there are steady monthly improvements.

Ever so often, between sessions, I get logged out automatically and I have to sign-in by using OTP (sent on my email). I gues this makes it more secure, however there is a room for improvement (implementing facial recognition on an iPhone, for one).

The Blue declutters your agenda, but streamlining the tasks.

Sometimes the platform can glitch on refresh or other UI elements.

Blue is a great product for managing projects and teams, making it easy to keep tabs on projects (and teams) big and small.

Honestly, the only thing I dislike about Blue is the login process. I'd rather use a password than a bunch of OTPs, but that's a pretty minor inconvenience!

Blue helps me and my team work together smoothly, sharing files, projects, updates, etc.

There are several aspects of Bloo software that users often find beneficial. Here are some of the commonly appreciated features: User-Friendly Interface, Task and Project Management, Collaboration and Communication, Customizability and Flexibility, Integration and Accessibility

I think a few limitations need improvement, like; Pricing Structure, Customer Support, Limited Feature Set, Customization Constraints and Learning Curve etc. After that, it would be a perfect tool.

I have used Bloo to manage my daily action items and am very happy with the tool. Bloo also has many in-built features that support in Project Management.

I have used Bloo for project management at work. The facilities it provides are fantastic! It allows to manage and create SOP templates, set to-dos and whatnot. These in-built features support Project Management.

Very easy to onboard clients. You can customize your project to adapt to any needs, and make automation and forms to have an effective project that makes business easy. It is my everyday tool, and I really enjoy using it.

You can make lots of things with Blue. For now, the webhook system is not working to make tasks with other solutions ( there is an API but that is for dev people) , it is on roadmap so it is just a question of time.

Blue/bloo is super easy to use. I started using it to keep track of all my to-dos, so a personal project management. Then I started using it to manage all my business operating todos. Then I started building SOP on Blue as templates, so now I can outsource lots of business processes using Blue. Then recently, I started building estimates using Blue (pre-project), and I learned it has different view from Kanban/card view and started exploring MORE options using Blue. (Oh I also use Blue as a soft-CRM.)

Duplicating a card in board view should be easier. Like a small button when you hover over it and BAM it copies itself. Now I have to open the card, click the dot dot dot, then hit duplicate. 3 clicks for a super repetitive and common thing.

First and most critical is Bloo keeps me organized in an extremely simple and pleasing way. I get more things done in shorter time, offload all the "I gotta remember do this and that" thoughts into Bloo, so I'm less stressful. Oh did I mention they have a super good app too that compliments Bloo on desktop? Thanks Bloo.

It's fun. It's colourful. It can also be in night mode to save my eyes. Most importantly, I rely on blue to keep my marketing projects and operations to-dos organized. Otherwise, I'd totally lose my sanity.

Blue gets updated quite often, and I've seen it transformed from a basic kanban-board to so many stuff that's beyond my comprehension in a good way. Now I need to learn all the new stuff it's implemented to make my organization tasks more efficient.

Keep different clients' to-dos, goals, projects as readable and organized.

I get to put it all on blue, and offload all the constant reminder if I've missed anything from my head.
