What do you like best about Bloom?

I may have ADHD so out of sight, out of mind. I like tools that allow me to have everything I need in one place, and especially I love automations. I don't know how it compares to competitors because not enough people have a product that works in the UK, so I have only used this and Zoho and that one is complicated and a little bit ugly.

What do you dislike about Bloom?

I may just not know how to do it, but the calendar availability needing to update manually is a bit of a pain, but not so major as to be a problem. I just need to be better at keeping on top of fixing it.

What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a solopreneur at the early stage of business and cannot pay for a VA so I need tools to help me delegate tasks that don't need a person to action them and lower my load so I can focus on those that need a person, and especially need my creative skills.

Really great for invoicing!

What do you like best about Bloom?

Simple to use - very clean and intuitive (for the most part). Fairly streamlined for invoicing clients!

What do you dislike about Bloom?

A little complicated at times. Took a bit of playing around with the platform to figure out how it worked entirely.

What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used Bloom for invoicing clients for brand deals.

What do you like best about Bloom?

This is a great way to keep organized with projects and I love how easily I can connect my invoicing. I also like the fact that I was able to reach out to customer service and they got back to me pretty quickly.

What do you dislike about Bloom?

This is more me than Bloom, but I definitely need to watch a tutorial video so I can access and use it to the fullest.

What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Right now it's solving my billing and invoicing issue but knowing that he can do e-signatures and more I definitely have to study up on this platform.

What do you like best about Bloom?

I love how user-friendly the platform is for all myself and my clients. Easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about Bloom?

It was a bit overwhelming at first and a bit robust for a small business, especially one just starting out.

What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integrating as much into one platform as possible. I've always hated having several different applications that didn't connect and Bloom solves that problem.

Excellent CRM with built-in tools to make the boring part of freelancing easier!

What do you like best about Bloom?

The interface, the tools, the ease of use... Bloom is an excellent tool for managing clients, especially when it comes to getting paid on time for remote work. Really happy with the service, and have already recommended it to several other people who are using it and also love it!

What do you dislike about Bloom?

The paid plans feel a bit pricey, especially for a freelancer who's just starting out. That said, their free plan has so many useful features, you can get started with the platform and then scale up when you're ready to.

What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before switching to Bloom, I had no clear way to invoice clients and get paid for my services. Being able to set up an invoice schedule in Bloom that emails clients directly - with a link for them to pay online! - is a game-changer.

Incredibly useful billing and project tracking.

What do you like best about Bloom?

Bloom makes it easy to construct invoices and bill clients. There are also multiple automation features to save time if you are a busy freelancer.

What do you dislike about Bloom?

Billing in multiple currencies is not really supported, at least not yet, but this is probably not required by many of the people that will use Bloom.

What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Bloom primarily to handle client invoicing, at which it excels.

Game Changer

What do you like best about Bloom?

I switched to Bloom because it streamlines my client process, and the added benefit is that my communication looks better too.

What do you dislike about Bloom?

Bloom is so spoiling me, I wish it were simple to swith my squarespace site over.

What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bloom helps me gain and track new leads via the forms. The forms are easy to embed and send. And as importanly, I can now keep client invoicing, contracts and media in one place.

Love this crm

What do you like best about Bloom?

Bloom is easy to use and gives you step by step guides on how to use it. Love how it gives me a landing place for my photography clients to view and download their work in one space. While I am able to keep track of projects, send invoices and so forth

So far nothing it's been a really good experience
