Use it for sales, prescriptions, contact orders, etc.

What do you like best about Blink OMS?

It is fairly easy to master, pretty easy to use. The selection tabs are self-explanatory, and it doesn't take a long time to teach someone to use it. So it is pretty user-friendly.

What do you dislike about Blink OMS?

Recommendations to others considering Blink OMS?

It does have some confusing elements to it - some restrictions on data entry for patients is a little weird. There should also be a more forgiving user error recovery tool, if you make a mistake and ring in one order, you shouldn't have to re-ring the whole order to make sure one error is fixed.

What problems is Blink OMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's very useful for organizational purposes, and does a decent job at keeping patients' records in tact, and also providing proper information when seeing patients for appointments, etc.
