UI is very easy to navigate and to understand the support is a breeze as well, most of the time end-user issues can be resolved in minutes!!

Issues with corporate apps on corporate phones like mail, token generator, intranet site browser. For benefits, it is very easy to navigate and resolve issues, most of the time just have the user reinstall the app provide access code, et voila! Resolved

Overall it is a relatively easy to use platform. There are certain specific things that are annoying but overall good and has many useful features. The app generally loads things very quickly, for example even with a large amount of email which is common, the app will download and display all the emails quickly.

There are certain annoying things with specific apps in the platform. For example in the email app, it seems impossible to copy an email address. This is an important feature and it should be easier to do this. I would also like to see more integrations with other platforms,specifically chat platforms like Microsoft Teams, slack, etc. for example. Companies are using these chat platforms more and more to replace email. Sometimes the platform is just generally slow as well. Sometimes large amounts of email can take a long time to load. This also varies based on the network connection of the device, sometimes on cellular data, emails can take longer to load. So much of this may not be related to the blackberry platform itself.

Ensure your users have training sessions. The platform is powerful but can be complicated to use. Training sessions are important to show users how to get the most out of the platform.

Using the app to integrate with email, calendar, contact, etc., and general HR information for employees across the company. This allows employees to mostly manage email but also other services on their mobile devices. Constant communication is key to success in any company today. In a world where constant connectivity is increasingly common, this platform has allowed us to keep employees connected when they leave the office and are on the go. Although email is the primary app being used in the platform, we have several different apps which employees can use through the blackberry platform. The goal is to replicate all the apps that employees already can use on the computer at the office. Besides email, the main app is a web browser. The Blackberry platform includes this and allows employees to use the web on their phones, along with accessing email. This is important as many web applications are used throughout the course of a normal work day.
