Cylance gateway is a Zero Trust network access and secure web gateway solution. We are using it to provide secure remote identity-based access to network resources and also provide web filtering and threat detection for our company devices.

The enrollment process is easy to configure, and the Gateway application has 2FA authentication built in. Making the first-factor active directory and the second-factor Duo was simple and provided a robust authentication system. Our staff loves the product, and it truly is a set-and-forget security product that eliminated our need for VPNs.

We have had no errors at all with the Gateway product. I do wish the app auto-updated on PC as it does on Mac. Otherwise, it's been very stable and simple to deploy.

We use Gateway to provide network-level threat detection and remote access to our staff. It is excellent to use the split-tunneling features to have internal-bound traffic sent to our data center, and the rest of the traffic sent to the cloud for threat detection and prevention. Our remote and in-office staff have a similar experience.

I love the secured access to all of the business apps we use in everyday business. The security allows me to work even when I don't have my laptop with me.

Some apps slow down the phone or causes it to freeze and I have to reboot. It may be the phone but I only notice the issues when I am accessing information through BB Access.

If you are looking for a corporate solution to access your work apps and your employees are using Blackberry devices - Blackberry Access is the way to go.

We are able to do business on the go without having to stop, pull out our laptops and sit down to check on something, enter business meeting or document call notes. One benefit we have realized are the remote commands. Once a phone was stolen and we were able to wipe the device data to avoid an information breach.
