The security it provides is great that ensures the systems we use, and feeling secure is amazing. Besides the features, the deployment of new features is quite steady, based on our need for the software to answer and come back with new features which are most essentials for us, users. The support is quite responsive and capable of solving rare issues we face as it is pretty normal, however knowing and accessing the quick, agile and responsive customer service pays off what we pay for the product.

The use of the software is quite complicated with the interface as it requires considerable time to know better the software, to use the features suitably and it causes the loss of time or money. Besides, I am not happy with the price it offers as it could be considered as expensive in general and it makes the software inaccessible to newly-built companies that incredibly need such great software.

Try to be patient if you face difficulty to manage the software as it is not user-friendly.

I like the price they ask for as they are pretty convenient for our company since we are a pretty small organization that lacks the resources. Besides the customer service appears as the side that should be stressed as they are quite responsive to our calls.

I did not like the interface that is something complex that renders using process pretty hard. Besides, I would be happy to have a new segment in the software that can provide information about current cyber threats going our the world.

I love the way they have priced their product. I like the way it secures my devices against any potential threats. It scans for any types of threats and eliminates them without me doing it manually. It protects my network servers and offers free limited VPN to me, which is absolutely fantastic.

I'm not too fond of how they charge so much for unlimited VPN. The interface of this software is a bit confusing and not much user-friendly. Their customer service is not at all good, and they should work on that.

I would request the new users to take time getting used to this software as the interface is not much user-friendly.

Bitdefender Advanced Threat Intelligence have proved to be great protecting software for my business network. It provides me with great endpoint protection through over 30 prevention modules. It helps me by protecting my network servers in any kind of cloud consistently and protects all devices in the environment.

To have unlimited VPN access I have to make separate subscription. it sometimes miss uncommon samples. Malware detection is often flawed in my network. Installation on more than one device presents problems. I really find the customer support response pathetic.

I think with all the outstanding test results for the antivirus and a variety of features available BitDefender is a good choice for your PC. It is an awesome software to protect your device from phishing and don’t have a complex interface.
