I love using this product, it has brough sanity into our remote team!

PROS: It is a complete work management application. Everything you need to manage your work, projects and communication / collaboration. It is not just a task list or a communication tool like message board, although it has both. It has advance features like interactive Gantt, task management with subtasks, dependencies and assigning a task to multiple people. It also allows to assign people as full time or part time. It has also an interactive whiteboard for brainstorming which is real good.

CONS: Native IOS and Android native app, This application really deserves good native apps

Binfire - Changed my whole approach!

What do you like best about Binfire?

The Google Drive integration helps ensure that I am not doing double the work. Everything I do within the application auto populates into my GD account making the ease of use very powerful. Along with the Google Docs aspect of it, this made it a no brainer for us!

What do you dislike about Binfire?

We take a Waterfall approach to all of our projects. However I do find it a bit clunky compared to a few of the other applications I have used in the past. But it works!

Recommendations to others considering Binfire?

Any Google shop not using Binfire should really reconsider!

What problems is Binfire solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to get my team to maximize their time with the very intuitive burn down chart within the application. I have seen an increase of 12% in productivity.

What do you like best about Binfire?

It provides me with a state-of-the-art quality to develop my company's projects with my team, Binfire offers me as administrator all the advantages I need to organize future projects through a timeline follow-up, allows me to visualize multiple Ways like CRM, to-do lists, and knowing where problems occur to solve it quickly, I can also know which team member had better performance to assign more relevant tasks. Binfire has shown me the high level of collaboration he has to do more activities in less time than planned

What do you dislike about Binfire?

A software with a lot of functions and details, this can get complicated for inexperienced users who are starting to use this tool so complete, however, Binfire offers video tutorials and real-time demonstration that compensates the most inexperienced users.

Recommendations to others considering Binfire?

It has the greatest capacity of advanced functions to customize projects in a transparent and easy way, it is important to highlight that users or team members learn to use this tool well to maneuver easily and in record time any activity that is assigned, it is always available a self help instructor who can teach step by step since Binfire starts to be used

What problems is Binfire solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Binfire mainly to plan and manage the projects remotely in real time, with the interactive Gantt chart, the duration of the projects, the scheduled meetings that are established and directed through an interactive whiteboard and video conferences, administration are planned.

What do you like best about Binfire?

Ease of use, intuitive and comprehensive with many functions. It does not limit number of users as many members can use it at the same time.

What do you dislike about Binfire?

There are no serious dislikes to point out in this software. It is very good and easy to use. However, we need more integrations and even mobile app.

Recommendations to others considering Binfire?

It really helps to manage and organise all projects. It's easy to use and I would recommend it for teams who need to collaborate on their projects.

This software has assisted us in project management and organisation, collaboration, communication and also it's great for remote brainstorming. My team likes to use it and I have a clear view of the progress of any project in real time.

Great Platform for Project Management and Team Collaboration

What do you like best about Binfire?

While extremely robust (comes with features like resource loading, advanced task management, burn-down charts, etc.), we've also found Binfire to be wonderfully easy to use and grasp from the get-go. It's a comprehensive platform where global teams can both collaborate and manage their projects (both on a high-level and very granular basis).

What do you dislike about Binfire?

Unfortunately, they have yet to release a mobile version. Needs to happen!

Definitely give it a try and ask for help getting set up. They are extremely kind and helpful.

What problems is Binfire solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're using Binfire to manage collaboration and projects between university students and professional tutors/mentors. Binfire, has streamlined that process by consolidating all of our student-tutor communications onto one platform, where everything is easily visible and managed.

Collaboration using email, phone or video chat was never enough! Binfire holistic treatment of project management and collaboration has enabled us to be highly productive! Great project management tool for virtual team

What do you like best about Binfire?

The application comes with Gantt, resource loading, burn-down chart, amazing dashboard and a task manager which is better than all other task management applications in the market today! The collaboration features help virtual teams to work and be as productive as traditional teams.

What do you dislike about Binfire?

Lack of mobile yet! Binfire needs to have mobile option for IOS and Android as soon as possible!

Recommendations to others considering Binfire?

Try Binfire for yourself, it take 2-3 weeks to completely get familiar with app and all its features. They have a free trail that you can try and use it with your team to see the amazing productivity gains you can achieve.

Binfire Experience

PROS: Managing tasks quickly and efficiently is very easy with Binfire, which proves to be an excellent solution especially for small businesses that require guidance in managing their projects, resources, tasks, and people. The software is loaded with powerful and robust applications like Project dashboard, Project Calendar, Interactive Gantt, and Document management to name a few.

CONS: Binfire can be quite overwhelming especially for novices who are not familiar with task management platforms. I wish the developers will make some improvements that would delve on friendliness.
