Sometimes, we have repeated problems to solve

Administrative access issue has been solved by BeyondTrust's Password Safe.

It is easy to retrieve the password just in case Administrators need it.

All Administrative activity has been monitored and audited.

Very cool feature of recording.

PasswordSafe is easy to work with different managed & service accounts without worry about remembering or storing passwords in plain text.

Not only the storing credential, but we are getting a secure way to store credentials which is changing with encryption and allows us to retrieve the password for a certain period.

I don't think there are dislikes on this product, but I would say if we can have features like allowing permission to the admin user to create AD groups and policies from the console, this will reduce the workload to get in sync with AD team every time we need new security group that we need to manage for PasswordSafe for a client.

It allows us to record the session and the session record size is very so storing the recordings for a long is relatively easy, and we can review them by simply clicking on the play button.

Besides this option, we also get the logs while playing the recording to directly point to when the user opened some critical applications. This helps us to prepare reports if any incident happens due to the activity.

BeyondTrust Discovery Scanner enhance the capability of password safe automation journey.

Password Safe supports us to onboard and protect privileged accounts on Managed assets easily.

Password Safe is relying on Microsoft MS SQL, and that gives the operation interruption the opportunity to exist.

It will be better if password safe rely on stable DB.

Password safe helps organizations to have awesome visibility on assets and privileged accounts, and has a rich centralized console to manage them all easily.

BeyondTrust upgrades like appliance management & major upgrades like Password Safe should be thoroughly tested before publishing for customers/publicly..

Regular patches etc. for Password Safe versions & appliance management bugs causes issues quite often.

Privielge Access Management along with accountability is on the biggest problem that BeyondTrust Password Safe solves. In addition, passwordless experience for our admins with secure access to servers makes it super cool & secure.

The Error and information banners are not helpful.

The error banners can be improved.

Privileged accounts password rotation and session recording. Audit of account usages.

All is good as all the vaulted accounts and servers are easily searchable in the Password Safe using the asset name and even all can be distinguished in different tabs.

The global search took time to load all assets. If it is quick will be more helpful and the reports and analytics tab also takes time to load.
