Their customer service needs a bit more training so that not all issues are just logged as a ticket for a later call back time.

Amazing automation and integration with other services

It's still a bit clunky. It's basically a GUI written on top of a terminal/mainframe style database. Sometime finding what your looking for in the menus is a bit daunting but there is always the search feature or support if you can't remember what you learned in training.

What problems is Beyond Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's almost an all-in-one package. At my office we've found it either has the features/functions you're looking for, or they've partnered and already integrated with a service that provides those for you.
