bettercommerce has a full set of typical commerce features (PIM, OMS, commerce, CMS, etc.) + it is very high performant & scalable — our website fetching data from bettercommerce backend, operates at blazingly fast speeds! the support we get from them is simply amazing! — in india, that matters a lot

at times, while building new features, we've faced some regression issues — but the good part is that bettercommerce is very quick in addressing them

bettercommerce serves as our core technology infrastructure which powers almost all verticals of our organisation — it is where we store our complete product information for all sales channels, it powers our website & app, it is connected with our warehouse management systems, etc.

They are based in India. Although they are very quick to answer via email and zoom

There are quite a lot however will only mention a few as will be here all day. Reporting was a big help (You can get so many reports which are relevant to your business).
