Benefit Point: Seamless AMS Integration with Strong Revenue Tracking

What do you like best about BenefitPoint?

I appreciate that Benefit Point works with our Agency's Commercial Lines database, AMS. I also like that we can track revenue and save attachments and assign tasks.

What do you dislike about BenefitPoint?

I have found very few downsides to Benefit Point after years of using other CRMs. Often errors are triggered when plan names are too long in the policy section.

What problems is BenefitPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Benefit point connects our agency nationwide and helps keep us accountable to our clients

That all our information is one place, and I can easily pull a renewal calendar to see who I need to work on next.

I wish there was a way to easier input the rates

I like the ease of use with BenefitPoint, especially the ability to add or cancel plans as needed, which saves me time and makes me more efficient. It's great that it captures all data elements easily and in one place. I also found the initial setup to be simple.

What do you dislike about BenefitPoint?

I would like BenefitPoint to connect to export RFPs in specific formats. I'd like to be able to customize the output.

What problems is BenefitPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use BenefitPoint to capture all data elements easily in one place. It simplifies tracking plan benefits, rates, enrollments, and commissions, saving me time and making me more efficient. The ease of use and ability to add or cancel plans as needed are great advantages.

I like how BenefitPoint maintains our day as our database storage for plans, rates, clients, and commissions. It allows us to keep and track all of our data to manage our business. The initial setup was pretty easy.

I like BenefitPoint for its ease of use, especially in client management. It's great for organization and helps me with data collection. I can easily find my clients and view all their plan information, rates, and contacts.

The reporting could be better, as it's something that feels like it could use improvement. It should be easier to navigate as well.

What do you like best about BenefitPoint?

I like how BenefitPoint helps keep all of our data organized. It's user-friendly, which makes navigating it easy. I really like the search feature because it's super easy to find the customers I need. The initial setup was really easy too.

What do you like best about BenefitPoint?

I think the search function of BenefitPoint is good. It's easy and neat to generate reports, which is nice. I'm satisfied with the amount of information available on the dashboard or account summary tab. It's great that it can be integrated with AMS.

What do you dislike about BenefitPoint?

I don't like it when clicking on a carrier in the carrier contact tab opens a window in the form of a popup. I would prefer if it just opened a new window.

BenefitPoint allows you to track missing requests and organize guest information.

User-Friendly and Efficient with Seamless Integration

What do you like best about BenefitPoint?

I enjoy how user friendly BenefitPoint is. I enjoy how it communicates with AMS360, which is extremely helpful so all employees, even those not in the Benefit department, can find an active policy. Initial setup was fairly easy to do.

What do you dislike about BenefitPoint?

Sometimes all the information doesn't accurately pull over to AMS360.

What problems is BenefitPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

BenefitPoint helps us stay organized, track expiration dates, and manage agent commission splits. Its integration with AMS360 is helpful so all employees, even outside the Benefit department, can access active policies.
