If you ever want to see a poor app and completely useless service, this is it!
time consuming, no computer service only app so poor people like myself with fat fingers struggle for hours on end entering the same information we have just completed in the manual and of the flue gas analyser printout.
What is the point of this app. waste of time and developed by someone who has never completed a real life boiler commissioning.
Thanks to this ridiculous app I have stopped installing Baxi boilers!

There is value in the excel sheet that comes with the deal for this company for sure, but if that was all I was going to end up with and a limited time offer on the app (30 days or maybe 90 days, I do not recall off the top of my head now) I would not have got this deal which is not refundable on appsumo.

So, the deal offer as indicated in the deal terms is not correct. It says "Lifetime access to Benchmark App" but what you have is lifetime access to the excel sheet which you can get on Etsy (not this exact one, but a comparable one) for much less that price.

Also, it says you get all future updates, but I am wondering how that would work on an excel sheet. As it, I feel slightly duped. What I thought I was getting, was not what I got and in the end, I cannot even refund it. This is false advertising am afraid.

I will not be purchasing any future SaaS from this company am afraid.
