I'm just starting with BeMob so there isn't much to share for now, but for Customer Support, they have amazing CS team, thumbs up to LENA from BeMob who helped me big time setting up my Campaign and answer all questions! Thank you LENA : )

It's the only tracker to consider if you're in affiliate marketing.

I spent hours researching the best options and was continually recommended Bemob (even by 'super-affiliates')

Setup was very quick but had some technical issues - raised it with the live chat (very quick to respond) and their tech team went above and beyond - they fixed the issue quickly with great communication.

Clearly a business that truly values the customer experience, which is very rare!

This is the most professional customer service I have ever seen, and you can patiently help me solve any problem, no matter how ignorant it may be That's great

There many tracking system out there, and while having a free account and amount of support i got and still getting is unbelivble!! i chated almost daily with one of bemob support memeber named Irena, she is absolutly unreal, i expirenced several issue that even my developers couldn't solve.. not only she told me that its possible to do, she showed me they of how to do it including examples, finally i said that i am clueless how to make it done she even send me the actual piece of the code that i was missing! as i said at the begining there is many tracking systems out there but for me there is only bemob, esspesially because of their support.. thank you Irena! now btw, i have a paid version and i am enjoying it every minute!

The platform is very good, complete, with many resources and, more than that, it has an unusual support. Like few I've seen to date.

Daria clarified all my doubts (and there were many doubts) with many details in her answers. I was really impressed with the level of support, especially since I'm still on a BeMob Free plan. Even so, I had all the support I needed quickly and very completely.

I thank Daria for the excellent service and I recommend BeMob without hesitation, because even if you are a beginner, you will not be left without help when you need help.

I am new to affiliate marketing and for a newbie it is imperative that you have REAL PEOPLE there when you have questions because its so easy to just get stuck. I paid for VOLUUM and CLICKMAGICK as my tracker and i promise you I was STUCK with BOTH platforms and got the runaround and sent to the training videos but that was NO help. I learn better with human interaction. BEMOB BROKE IT DOWN FOR ME! This woman named IRENA really takes the time to answer ALL my repetitive annoying questions that I ask over and over again. Im not slow at all but like i said this is new to me and the patients this woman takes with me is amazing and funny because I would have told me "I have answered that 10 times lady"🤣 I wish i could post our conversations because sometimes i ask the same thing 5 times or more in one interaction but she just patients indulges my questions until i get it and I truly cannot tell you how valuable that is. The other platforms I mentioned assumed that since i paid for the service i should know what to do and most times ignored my questions yet here on BEMOB this lady IRENA is taking time out to do this for me FOR FREEEE yes for free. i use bemob for free and this woman has damn near made me a master at using trackers now so i had to write a review. Anyone else struggling with trying to understand a tracker BEMOB customer service is EXCELLENT!
