Barracuda Email Security Gateway is so easy to setup and manage. It filters our email quite well with the default filters and we can easily add more specific filters if we need them. I feel we are so much better protected now than before. We really haven't had any issues that required customer support, but I am sure it will be as great as the product is when we do need it.

Barracuda Email Security Gateway really doesn't have any negatives that I have found. It works and it easily integrated with our Microsoft 365 email. I guess the only negative thing I could say is I wish it was perfect and never let anything bad through, but that's just not true of any product.

We needed more security and filtering on our incoming email to help ensure we didn't get any malware or other bad emails through to our users. Barracuda Email Security Gateway help greatly with that need. We also needed an easy and secure way to encrypt outgoing emails that are sensitive or contain sensitive information and Barracuda Email Security Gateway handles that perfectly.

Easy to use piece of software to use for blocking spam/fake emails.

You can allow any blocked emails through with a click of a button

You can only search back maximum 1 month for any emails received.

We get 100's of emails a day coming through so its good to know that

1) Perform an in-depth check to filter emails

2) Easy to handle central cloud-based management portal

3) Email encryption facility for outbound emails

Occasionally, it mistakenly identifies genuine email activity as positive when it's actually negative, resulting in potential financial harm. The cost is also unaffordable for a company of moderate size.

I can't think of anything that Barracuda Email Security Gateway is doing to unplease our company.

What I like about Barracuda Email Security Gateway is just how well it works. It catches and blocks problem emails, whether they're spam, inappropriate links etc.

Nothing against Barracuda itself, setting up rules for email can take some time, especially the first time you set up the system. But the end result is well worth the work.

Barracuda Email Security Gateway is keeping our inboxes clean of bad emails. User training is still important to spot phishing attempts but Barracuda goes a long way to making life easier.

Fast and easy to implement, provides extensive configuration for inbound/outbound policies.

Quarantine emails for distribution lists have to be delivered manually by a security admin, instead of the end user.

Reducing spam emails, preventing phishing emails, and reducing viruses/malware through attachment and link scanning

I like the spam Block Feature of this Product also blocks the malicious content.

I don't dislike anything in this Product.

Of course, I will recommend this product to every organization to make secure those email networks.

After Deploying this Product in my Organization our team has found peace of mind. I am using this product for the last 6 years. After this Product, our Emails are very secure. I have full records of our user's emails. I have complete control over the email traffic of my users. This Product is brilliantly understood spam Emails. This product is filter our emails from viruses before entering into my organization's network. In Short, this product is enough for our email security.

I love the simplicity of the graphical user interface. I also like how efficient it is at protecting our users from malicious emails. It isn't perfect, but it's close.

Not really a dislike, but it isn't perfect. Some things make it through to the user. The process to fix this is simple. I like how easy it is to fix improperly delivered emails.

We are using this service to prevent our users from receiving too much spam email, as well as malicious email attachments and phishing emails. It is also nice to have somewhere to hold our email in the event of an exchange problem.

Easy web-based interface allows access to quickly pinpoint messages that should be blocked for future or false positive messages.

Sometimes there are delays when scanning attachments for malware when there is a suspicious detection.
