We used Banno to improve our online and mobile sites, and we continue to use them for our web monitoring. I like that the website has easy navigation for the user when editing or viewing different pages of the site. The content manager editing software has given us the ability to control our website without complication.

The only issue we've experienced is sometimes the software will load or run slowly, but other than that, there aren't any major problems.

I help my organization monitor our website and Banno has made the process uncomplicated. Being a financial institution, to reach your customer base, you need a website that looks professional to show customers that you are a trustworthy business to work with. Not only does our website look professional, Banno has improved our ability to engage with customers because we have a seamless, attractive website that works both online and mobile.

I love how easy it is to use this program. I am able to customize my pages just enough, our company slogan is: simple, fast, and fun. This software really allows us to create landing pages and edit current pages with ease.

I dislike that the program can be hard to use in certain browsers.

We were able to replace a current vendor and this has given us the ability to start creating our own landing pages and editing current pages ourselves, rather then paying past vendor hours to create these.
