I was looking for a UK-based replacement for our current school backups provider. Staff at BackupVault have been thoroughly professional and knowledgeable throughout the transition process. They were also very patient with our fairly slow internal finance processes and kept updating quotes as needed without quibbles. I was provided a lengthy trial period to test and I cannot fault the team at BackupVault at all. Cost-wise, they work with a number of backup vendors to ensure a tailored solution at a really great cost. Highly recommended to anyone, but especially anyone in education.

Required an M365 backup service to replace one included in a wider offering. Looked at a few options. Backupvault looked like it gave me everything I wanted at a good price. And it did. All interactions friendly and professional.

Rob quickly had a look at my system and let me know it was operating correctly, even though it hasn't been displaying the confirmations that the Backup and Analysis had been successfully performed. I'll keep an eye on my computer, as this information may resume at some point in the future.

Really easy to setup the trial. Trial works perfectly, application is great and intuitive to use. As a UK Trade organisation we have to maintain our data in the UK and ensure that it is secure - this service offers all of this cover for our GDPR policies, ISO and Cyber Essentials Accreditations.

We’ve been using BackupVaults O365 backup services only for a month, but the whole process from procurement to implementation has been nothing short of exceptional. Their solution offers comprehensive coverage for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange, ensuring that every piece of our critical data is protected (games industry).

Their setup process was straightforward, and the user-friendly interface makes managing backups and restores really simple. Backups run seamlessly in the background with no performance hits that we can see, and the guys are always quick to assist with any queries we may have. Highly recommended!

Great product and service from BackupVault. Peace of mind that our offsite cloud backups are in safe hands. The software is easy to use and allows for full or incremental/partial backups. We have been using BackupVault for the past 6/7 years and have found customer support is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Rob has been brilliant!

My BackupVault was running VERY slowly and this was down to my internet speed. On Rob's advice, I increased the memory in my computer and after the scan Rob performed on my system, this enabled me to delete files that were consuming space, which slowed my computer. I could't be happier with the result!!!

Technically, was easy to set up, monitor and operate. A big credit to the service though - proactive without being pushy, responsive and really helpful. In an age of anonymous blanket emails and opaque FAQs, offered welcome personalised support.
