I appreciate how the service is cost-efficient compared to the competitors. Role-based access to the solution enforces working as a team. Easy to use for developers since python packages are readily available to use. No need to turn off the VM to save cost (big relief ) and UI has it all. Userfriendly UI and Microsoft's support makes it the best choice for automation

Also, with the cost it comes, a user expects a little better UI. The solution is for medium to big organisations that prefer cloud solutions. low to mid organizations may find the solution a bit priceier

better documentation would help in some struggling areas when users get stuck Eg: data loading from several endpoints, configuration/ setting up the workflow. I would recommend having elaborated price tiers for more audiences to come who would like to worry less about the cost.

I love the way it has streamlined the process of automation.

Now we can track each changes as well as manage the configuration across the devices.

There is nothing to Dislike in terms of functionality but I find the price to be little on the costlier side.

The main problem taht arises during automation is tracking the changes.

Azure Automation and Control is best for its cloud management and configuration

Initially, you will struggle with configuration but later on it will be easy.
