I am an AWS cloud solution Architect, and I started my cloud journey through AWS Training and Certification. The portal is very user and beginner-friendly.

All the courses are very curated and very easy to understand. I frequently use AWS Training and Certification portal AWS Skill Builder for training and AWS Certification portal for scheduling certification exams.

AWS provides a very good platform for Training and Certification using which I was able to achieve 2 certifications.

Cost of the certification is bit hight, apart from hat everything is good.

AWS Training and Certification is solving the problem of reskilling. It was very beneficial for me because I was able to easily access the Training, learn, and implement the knowledge gained through Labs. That gave to more confidence and as a result, I was able to complete 2 certifications "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" and "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate".

AWS has predefined and on-demand training courses that I was able to select and go through at my convenience.

Here are some of the downsides of AWS training and Certification - Cost is the key here , It can be costly and time consuming to prepare for the exams .

Also It can be limiting and restrictive to focus on only one cloud platform . AWS is most widely used accross the industry but its not the only cloud solution provider . At the end AWS Certification is benificary but in parallel you have to gain knowledge in various areas also.

It will improve the cloud skills and expertise : AWS certification will validate the cloud knowledge and expertise . I will learn the industry best practices with AWS services and solutions also will help me to gain hans on experience in AWS . AWS Certication also benificial who want to start their career in Cloud Computing or in DevOps .

It is good and must for theose who are looking for a drastic shift in their career and an excellent platform to gain knowledge

The cost is one factor that could be considered

I am an educator who teaches cloud services to my students. About 180 students will be completed the courses along with the certificates which hone their skills and helped them getting placed in a MNC with good package.

The training was really good. Nothing much to mention to dislike even if to say AWS training lacked depth.

AWS Training and Certification is very comprehensive and easy to follow courses. Some of it is stuff you read some of them are labs you complete. Still very good to do to get ready for certifications.

Sometimes I have had a hard time following the lab directions.

The courses are giving me direct access be able to experience tasks that I would be able to do in my work environment. Thus giving me the experience I wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity to get.

These labs are detailed. They may not branch off and tell you EVERYTHING about a product or relationship between products but after you do enough of them you see the same products and steps in AWS reveal themselves and this labs system guides your learning enough to make sure you dont waste your time googling everything everywhere.

The cost can get steep for more advanced work. Time limits on instances and run times for the labs can in some cases be too short if you are too slow to learn what is explained as the lab progresses.

Make sure you don't bite off more than you can chew right away as doing so may put you in a situation where you are paying for a class and AWS credits you aren't capable of finishing in time.

Using this to keep sharpening my skills for cloud development at my organization. Working with multiple start-up clients means being cloud first capable can make the difference between future scaling success or overnight blow up.

Great way to get hands on experience and learn AWS concepts which go a long way in real world environment rather than just listening to bunch of lectures with lil or no hands on labs .

There are quiet a few products I would have loved to see labs to learn them in-depth which will come with time I believe.

Create more Labs for Cross IAM policy , VPC peering etc which is where most folks have trouble learning and applying the concepts to real world issues.

Also a lot of labs need quiet a few pages to be read if there is provision to listen to what is directed would make the labs more interesting .

Educating the teams is biggest challenge in every organization .

I took the AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials course and it was a great getting started tool.

It definitely tool a lot longer than 6 hours.

Keep developing more.

I and getting up to speed with many of the AWS tools to being implementing them.

2. Convenient UI that helps you navigate through the course materials without having to worry about how to use the library

3. Reputed and trusted brand name across industry

The cost is affordable in USD. But for people living out of countries where the currency is weaker, it is a tad expensive.

Started my training in AWS cloud practitioner course with goals to complete few more advanced courses.

Easy navigation, easy to understand courses, multiple course choice availability

Huge number of courses can also become a confusion scenario to choose a right and best course based on a person's role

Other than that no other dislikes to point out

I am using AWS training and certification program to upskill myself for my future career and as well as achieve my organization's objective to qualify and increase employee qaulity before being assigned new employee goals and challenges in the field of cloud sales
