What do you like best about Avoma?As a small agency, this lets us revisit client calls we attended to regain context and capture details we may have missed in the moment. I also like that we can chat and ask questions about what was discussed, which makes it easier to follow up and stay aligned.What do you dislike about Avoma?Pricing is a little steep for smaller agencies.What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps me share context across the team, especially when not everyone was able to be on the call.

Additionally its AI manages transcriptions for meetings at a very high quality, I especially like when it can set meeting purpose based on the transcripts and allow easy categorisation.

What do you like best about Avoma?We needed a feature for our work and the Avoma team stepped up to create the future.What do you dislike about Avoma?Sometimes the notes are not accurate but I use the AI feature to tell Avoma to redo it and it does a great job on the second pass.What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?Updating the ability to have organizational level sharing for our mobile app calls.

What do you like best about Avoma?The simple, clean UI and easy-to-use features make it stand out from other tools. Taking important notes in the meeting is now super easy which also helps in ensuring that no important points are missed out.What do you dislike about Avoma?I did not come across anything to dislike about. Avoma works smoothly without any glitches. It has in fact been genuinely very productive in my workflow.What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?Avoma is helping in ensuring that the meetings are productive and not much time is spent on manually tracking all the minutes of the meeting. It is very productive tool to ensure that nothing is missed during those discussions. I can always go back and take help of the transcripts and insights to determine the follow up steps. It works perfectly and meets all my requirements.What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?Avoma helps me save a lot of time, because now I don’t have to stress about taking meeting notes.

What do you like best about Avoma?I really like how it integrates well with Google Meet and is very user-friendly. You can set up specific promts that you want it to pick up for you and it can create detailed "to dos", very helpful!What do you dislike about Avoma?Its going up in price, and that for us is a downside, other then that its a great tool.What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?It works like my own personal note taker, and because what I want it to focus on and report back on is customizable, it really gives me a quick breakdown of the info I actually need.

What do you like best about Avoma?I use Avoma for listening to sales calls and recording recruiting and internal calls. It's really helpful with not having to take a ton of notes during each call I'm in, which allows me to be more present. I like the Ask Avoma AI feature because I can look up anything and there's always context from the system and all the calls I've been on; it saves me a ton of time by not having to manually go into calls and search through transcripts. I can just ask it a question and it processes the system to find the answer, providing all the context I need from all the call histories, which is really helpful. I also find the transcript feature and summary feature excellent for recapping calls so I can just skim and not have to relisten to everything. Additionally, the initial setup of Avoma was very easy for me.What do you dislike about Avoma?Sometimes Ask Avoma has a hard time pulling all the data I need and I have to prompt it several times before it gets me what I actually need. It's not bad though, just requires some extra effort on my end.What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Avoma to listen to calls, reducing note-taking and allowing me to focus on calls. The Ask Avoma AI feature saves time by answering questions using call history. Transcripts and summaries recap calls efficiently, so I don't need to relisten to everything.

The platform can also feel a bit overwhelming because there are many features and views to navigate. In some cases, search and organization could be better, especially when trying to find specific calls or insights across a large number of meetings.What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?Avoma helps solve the problem of inconsistent note-taking and missed details in meetings.
