Reliable, Fast Autodesk File Viewing and Sharing—Free
What do you like best about Autodesk Viewer?
Autodesk Viewer is the best tool for viewing DWG, RVT, and other Autodesk file types reliably and quickly. I often need to open DWG and RVT files just to review them, without making any edits, and this tool consistently helps me do that at no cost. It also makes it easier for me to share data with clients so they can read the files as well.
What do you dislike about Autodesk Viewer?
This viewer slows down when opening some heavy RVT files, especially those with references. The UI also needs to be simplified to make it easier to use.
What problems is Autodesk Viewer solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me read RVT, RFA, and DWG files easily from anywhere, whether I’m using a desktop app or a cloud application. Since I can’t pay much just to view files, this tool is a great option for me and one of the nicer products I’ve used for communicating engineering data with clients.

.its awesome web platform to share the 3d model and documents free, user friendly, good presentation , easy to coordinate model and markup futures

What do you like best about Autodesk Viewer?
Its best app to access your cad files. You don't need to convert it into pdf. Its best for to explain the design by accessing the cad files from your device from anywhere.
What do you dislike about Autodesk Viewer?
It overall good and convenient but i think it would be better if it can load heavy files faster. It should work smoothly in all the devices. Its interface can be improved for some extra tools which can be available for touch screen devices.

I have used this software for showing plans and cad file to clients while site visits. It is very very simple to work and show the client and site engineers the concept s and ideas so its very convenient tools.

What do you like best about Autodesk Viewer?
Keep it bookmarked - great compatibility with several filetypes, minimum lag issues. Can take screenshots and it is easy to print view.
What do you dislike about Autodesk Viewer?
Options to edit files are very slim, I belive it is supposed to be a "Viewer" after all. At least saving types of views on presentation would have been a win.
What problems is Autodesk Viewer solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me hassle to install software on individual machines when releasing assessments for students homework with limited licenses.

Works fine as viewer
What do you like best about Autodesk Viewer?
A problem sover if you have to work with different kinds of files and find it hard to navigate what to open that with (given that you don't have the source software, i.e., you don't deal directly with production). Leaving remarks and feedbacks is super easy.
What do you dislike about Autodesk Viewer?
That there's an expiration date of files and that it lags sometimes.
What problems is Autodesk Viewer solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, it’s hasslefree and it covers a broad range of different files, no longer converting is necessary, the user surface is smooth, a really good CAD viewer.

What do you like best about Autodesk Viewer?
Autodesk viewer is great in its features for team management and collaboration, ease of sharing and viewing, and support of a wide range of formats and mobile friendly. It is an excellent addition for Autodesk ecosystem users.
What do you dislike about Autodesk Viewer?
Although it has no disadvantages, the inability to edit and modify and limited file size limits its uses from being a one-stop solution, it solves this with a wide gamut of integration functionalities for editing and designing.
What problems is Autodesk Viewer solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a startup, we usually make our cases and modules in-house using 3D printing, Autodesk Viewer has made our work process hassle-free and fast. We also use it to collaboration and feedback from other teams.

This is the future of online viewer
What do you like best about Autodesk Viewer?
It's smooth, user friendly. I don't work with designs, I just share my remarks and feedback to team or freelancers and I easily got adapted to it. Doesn’t take a lot of space, loads big CAD files easily. It’s cost effective.
What do you dislike about Autodesk Viewer?
Sometime lags and real time update not available, which could be worked on.
