What do you like best about Authorize.net?Processing payments is easy, and connecting it to our bank account was straightforward. We haven’t had any issues when issuing refunds or handling things like that. The price is also very good for what we’re getting in ROI, and the performance feels fast and responsive. We haven’t used the AI feature yet, but we’re looking forward to seeing how the support for it works.What do you dislike about Authorize.net?We don’t have any negative aspects to mention, but we would like the system to let us connect our own codes so everything matches what we have in our back office accounts and CRM. It’s a bit hard to explain, but having our internal codes align across those systems would make things much easier.What problems is Authorize.net solving and how is that benefiting you?I really like the integration with our CRM system and how easy it makes taking payments. It’s a relief not having to process payments across different sites, since everything can be handled through Authorize in a safe way and then goes directly into our bank account.
