Their Customer Account Manager is such a pleasure to work with. They have customized the modules and dashboards to fit our needs. It is extremely user friendly and any issue we may have encountered is resolved in a very timely manners

This technolgy is up to date and they are not heavy codebased you can ask for any customisation great for different regulations for data protection.

When we would like to revise the parameter screen within the category of "data categories", they immedately revise the tool and let us know about the changes according to our request.

I like most about Auditrunner QMS is user friendly. I don't need r anythingto conduct the audits. Everyone can use easily without facing any problem. There is no risk for mistakes. Since it is nt paper based we can access to electronics recorsd easily. It makes the life very simple. The software is suitable for adding new versions.
