One of the best things is that I feel my account is safe. I rarely have any issues and when I do I have support right away

Some dislikes I have is it can be a little pricey, and also a little time consuming. It is a very complex set up. The servers are also not configured well and slow.

I like the detail they go into to help with issues you may be having. I like that they trouble shoot all aspects of your issues without question.

I dislike the amount of time it takes for them to connect you to a live person. Apps make troubleshooting more accessible before having to call a hotline.
