Astute review helps ensure that all presentations are in compliance with marketing brand standards. Presentations often get edited and updated after leaving marketing. Astute Review automatically reviews your PowerPoints to make sure they look professional and brand compliant.

The software works like spellcheck, so sometimes you need to ignore issues that are identified. It is currently only for PCs.

Maintaining brand consistency across presentations. Automating formatting of PowerPoints. I've worked across various industries and for both agencies and in-house marketing teams, Astute Review solves the same points we see in every type of marketing job.

It prevented me from manually reviewing slides before sending presentations to others. I created a lot of custom slides and merged content from older presentations into new presentations. Astute helped automate that process and catches errors I would have otherwise missed.

The software is very detailed. I wish I could turn off certain aspects of the review vs. “ignoring issues”.

Think through the amount of time you spend on each presentation formatting versions before sending internally and to clients. Of more than a couple of hours, I’d strongly recommend using Astute review to cut down on that time that could otherwise be used for more value added work for your company and clients.

Using it I felt more confident that my presentations were clean and presentable before sending (without spending as much time to check formatting).

Astute Review integrates easily into powerpoint and its primary areas are simple and easy to navigate. It provides the the ability to easily standardize slides across different company or powerpoint slide templates in an automated fashion. It's very beneficial from a time saving perspective when trying to ensure that a deck is consistent and doesn't have formatting discrepancies throughout.

In a large deck there are inevitably going to be areas where something actually should not be standardized across certain sections, and Astute Review definitely picks up every minor detail, which sometimes can end up leaving a lot of recommended changes to sift through and find the actual changes needed.

I've realized direct time saving benefits in the formatting and cleaning process of ensuring that a deck is client ready.

I have found that using Astute Review has greatly decreased the amount of time that I spend pouring over PowerPoint presentations to made formatting edits. This tool has helped me to recognize consistent errors that I make in presentations and assists me to correct them automatically. Our company uses specific templates that always require manual formatting and Astute Review has alleviated having to remember to go and make minor revisions to maintain branding. As a person in a sales role, this has helped me to focus on selling instead of focusing on content creation and formatting. The amount of time that is being saved with the tool has allowed me to focus on other aspects of my role that may sometimes get put to the side due to editing.

At this time I do not have any strong dislikes. I was slightly intimidated about having to learn a new tool prior to using Astute Review, but once I hopped into the system I found the tool to be very intuitive and user friendly.

This tool helps to solve issues with formatting and how much time I spend searching for and fixing errors in my presentations.

The 'Review All' function provides a quick and easy way to double-check pitch decks before submission or publication. I have found it most useful for spotting inconsistencies in font and font size.

Takes a few seconds longer to open PowePoint with Astute downloaded, however, this is not a significant or major drawback in any way.

Astute Review solves the problem of mistakes in formatting as a result of manual input. With all of our organisations pitch decks created by multiple people, who often use different formatting styles, it provides a fast quality check for our research. The main benefits we have realised are it saves time having someone look for inconsistencies manually and it can often make our work look more professional than it was previously without using Astute Review.

It automates all the little details that bog you down in deck review.

Not a huge issue but every once in awhile it picks up some false positives. The software did seem to smooth that out over time.

Helps correct and review for edits made from multiple parties that touch a deck. Normally this would take hours to edit and overlook but Astute Review does that work in a fraction of the time.

Astute Review saves my time and sanity by taking care of the little details that I used to get caught up on. Instead of poring over presentations trying to eyeball inconsistencies (and missing most of them), Astute Review does it for me.

I haven't run into any issues to date! Smooth integration and easy to use.

I was primarily using it for extra formatting capabilities. I think you would get the most use out of Astute review if you were to make a customized template for your business.

Their easy-to-use Powerpoint plugin does the manual work of combing through a deck for formatting mistakes automatically, effectively, and efficiently.

Unfortunately, it is not yet Mac compatible. No other issues.

Implement it as a must-run before submitting the final presentation to ensure that there are no ugly formatting mistakes.

We have streamlined our presentation publication process by having our business support teams run Astute Review in the publication process. This has cut a 20-minute editing process down to 3 minutes.
