.Much more than what the Hardware Asset Management module provides

What do you dislike about AssetTrack for ServiceNow?

- tracking automation is a pretty nifty feature

- analytics dashboards provided are heaps better than the HAM default

What problems is AssetTrack for ServiceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?

The licensing model seems to be a little different to me since it is pay per asset tracked

Asset Track for Service Now is easy to use

What do you like best about AssetTrack for ServiceNow?

Easy to use forms. Just fill information and you are good to go. After finishing with information you just need to click on upload button and rest things will be taken care by asset track.

What do you dislike about AssetTrack for ServiceNow?

I would have given it 10 Stars if It supported Workorders of HP Asset Track application also.

What problems is AssetTrack for ServiceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inventory Management becomes easy with this application.

Powerful asset management

What do you like best about AssetTrack for ServiceNow?

I like that is syncs directly with the CMDB and tracks and monitors all of our assets via RFID. And the customer support is amazing.

What do you dislike about AssetTrack for ServiceNow?

There is nothing that I dislike so far- it is creating a buzz in our environment and all our departments wants to use it for broadcast media. We are hoping it grows, but not too fast.

What problems is AssetTrack for ServiceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think the ability to track assets via mobile application for major events such as the SuperBowl.

.I like the way developers been thinking while composing this app - easy to use UI, obvious business need and serious approach have been glued together

What do you dislike about AssetTrack for ServiceNow?

In some case it is developed as a standalone app without integration with OOTB processes - it would be great if there will be complete asset management lifecycle support by this app

Asset transfers between stockrooms - composing, sending and receiving assets

What do you like best about AssetTrack for ServiceNow?

Asset Track did a pretty good job by replacing the existing system and one of the best in the market.

What do you dislike about AssetTrack for ServiceNow?

None so far. at present they are offering more than the previous hardware based solution.

What problems is AssetTrack for ServiceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?

It just eliminated additional hardware and support comes with it.

Good experience with automated tool like Asset Track integrated with service now.

What do you like best about AssetTrack for ServiceNow?

As in a service based company some time it's important to have accurate database of assets and their correct information. As it is integrated with service now it's process control ensures that it's database is updated consistently.

What do you dislike about AssetTrack for ServiceNow?

There are some minor problems you may face like server down time or data not found error. If team fixes this issue then no worry to use this efficient tool.

What problems is AssetTrack for ServiceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a tech giant organisation you need your asset data to be accurate so that it becomes trust worthy. It effectively manages life cycle of assets and automate the process.
