It is so user friendly and for a healthcare worker like me who isn't tech savvy, it's super fun and easy to use. The platform makes sense and goes through each step seamlessly

What do you dislike about ASPEN Business Management System?

Nothing. Just the fact that it's hard to contact customer service sometimes when you have a question but the platform itself doesn't need many obvious improvements

What problems is ASPEN Business Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am doing pharmacy consulting work with the platform and making calls to patients through their insurance.

This is a very good software for management purpose. Streamlines a lot of day to day activities and saves a lot of time and resources in the organisation or for an individual.

Initially it is more of a manual work to be done. Of it was more systematised during the initial stage it would be very time saving and help proper utilisation of resources.

I would recommend the use of this software to many organisations as it makes work more easy and efficient. All details are accurate and with proper reminders everything is streamlined.

What problems is ASPEN Business Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employee management, finance management, project management. Basically all reporting and other activities which help ease in management activities. Keeping track of day to day work at one go.

User friendly interface

What do you like best about ASPEN Business Management System?

Its user-friendly interface is useful for all users; you don't have to be a tech-savvy person or a highly technical person to use it. The interface is attractive, and all the tools are easily accessible. You can use it as it is self-explanatory.

What do you dislike about ASPEN Business Management System?

Since it is not very popular, and you may take some time to get used to it if you are already using a similar management system, I would request the management to publicize it more and make it more affordable.

What problems is ASPEN Business Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem of having physical documentation is solved and collating all the historical data is always beneficial.

What do you like best about ASPEN Business Management System?

All the reports I can pull. I can see which user changes part numbers in the system and easily manipulate orders when the other users mess them up.

What do you dislike about ASPEN Business Management System?

You have to click a million buttons to get to the screen you need.

Recommendations to others considering ASPEN Business Management System?

If you don’t sell aftermarket parts and only oem this is a good option. If you have multiple part numbers for aftermarket I do not suggest this!

What problems is ASPEN Business Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think it creates more of a problem rather than solving them.

Keeps things organized and all the computer.

What do you dislike about ASPEN Business Management System?

This system freezes all the time. We lose sales because of this. Support is slow and sometimes nonexistant. Training was terrible.

Recommendations to others considering ASPEN Business Management System?

I do not recommend it. Find something more reliable. This system is worthless.

What problems is ASPEN Business Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeps better track of inventory. This system initially looked good.
