We liked the flexibility of the App. Over 6 years of using AscentERP, we were able to solve countless complex business and operational needs with speed. The Objects are Fields that are highly configurable and are easy to integrate into other operational apps. Since it is based on SAlesforce, it is highly integrated and scalable with the other parts of the business (sales, service, accounting).

In addition, the app comes with a lot of out of the box functionality around lot management, inventory management, purchase order planning, rentals, and BOM management.

In the early years, the documentation wasn't as consistent and developed as today. I would say that where we ran into shortcoming, the Team at Ascent were always there for us. From the owners to the front line, everyone cares about your business and wants to help you.

The inventory control system is fluid and easy to use.

The volume of lines in the Count Journal slows down the load time when we count our entire inventory.

We are using the system to make a fluid supply demand movement. We have been able to do twice the work with half the man power.
