Having a SASE with SD-WAN where Aryaka is managing our circuits with 3 layer circuit redundancy is the most benefit for switching to Aryaka and on top excellent service responses and ownership.

Aryaka delivers strong SD-WAN performance with fast, stable connectivity across locations.Really good latency performance between their POPs and our locations.

2.Fast incident resolution

Aryaka networks enhanced our network infrastructure with SD WAN integration and Internet link management. Our critical apps and services had 50-70% enhanced performance in terms of latency, easy of availing efficient support, quick recovery, and needed assistance for all our business critical operations. The incorporation of AI to tools has also been a major gain for us as a customer. The UI of Aryaka dashboard is easy and gives us quick insight for utilization, security flows, logs, and more to address issues and for planning.

A few features in Aryaka dashboard are slightly more time taking to explore but it's as much as getting used to it.

Aryaka is solving our business critical operational needs by providing minimum latency among all sites, especially AWS regions, with SD WAN integration. Aryaka's SASE implementation has resulted secured traffic flow for our operations. The ZTNA service allows our field users to connect to local resources in secured fashion with SASE implemented.

The standout feature is their global private backbone.

High Cost, It is consistently noted as a premium service with a higher price point than traditional, internet-based SD-WAN solutions.

The support team is proactive and responsive, often available to join troubleshooting calls within minutes. Our main goal when looking for network and SD-WAN replacement was uptime improvements and performance. Aryaka has exceeded our expectations and we save money as well.

Simplicity is the main reason we use it. We’re a small team, so handling outages and similar issues would otherwise be a full-time job.

Nothing to complain about. They’re a very responsive group, and they’ve been with my organization for roughly a year now with no qualms on my end.
