I really like that there is tailored searches than other sites and the chat 24 hr feature
Not been able to fill all requisitions that are difficult to fill roles
Targeted the search is great because users can upload a sample resume for sourcing more similiar candidates
Arya staff is always available to assist with any questions, training, or technical issues. Everyone follows up and are detail-oriented.
So far, nothing comes to mind, and we have been using Arya for 5 years. The learning curve is manageable.
Additional features like Job Advertisements and social sharing are welcome additions.
I like the quick turnaround on the candidates sourced. Literally, within minutes, I have an excellent pool of contact that I can shortlist into a more effective contactable list, and I am emailed once the sourced candidates have been pooled. Also, the thumbs up and thumbs down feature is nice b/c of the red/green color scheme. Emailing my candidates from the shortlisted list with little time-saving steps is a breeze! The drip feature seems to be an effective way to engage the candidate w/o being too aggressive my leading the candidates through a progressive path to our career page. I love it so far, and I have only been using ARYA for one day!
Still too early to tell, but I haven't run across anything I dislike so far.
I can source candidates from a plethora of platforms to spend more time with research, phone screens, and training.
It is simple to post a job and easy to look through all of the candidates that are returned from the search. It is also a fairly quick process although not instant. I also liked that more candidates were returned a few days later.
Some candidates had multiple phone numbers and/or email addresses that were not valid.
It is a good tool to connect with people on LinkedIn, so even if they are not available now, they may be in the future.

Can't source on it's own unless you train it. You have to add many algorithm for her to understand how to source profiles.

Job projects are easy to create. The AI sourcing matches us to new candidates we are not finding elsewhere. The sourcing filters allow you to quickly identify "active" and "passive" candidates to help you connect faster and get more responses.
The workflows are in a set order and are not customizable. You are also not able to advance past the "contacted" workflow step unless the candidate responds specifically to messages sent from the Arya platform.
Arya uses "contact credits" to determine billing, so take to learn how to optimize your searches
We use Arya to help source for hard-to-fill roles, and in markets where our existing networks are limited. We have been able to source quality candidates and make several hires that have otherwise been very challenging to fill.

I like how quickly it pulls resumes and how accurate the sourcing is to the job description for the most part.
Sometimes it will pull completely random resumes. Ex: Software Engineers might pull HR folks sometimes. I guess it has to do with Key words
The amount of resumes available by sourcing
