Thank you again for resolving my subscription issue. Now that my plan is sorted, I would like to take a moment to share some feedback based on my recent experience, which I hope can help improve your service for international creators.

1. Communication Experience:
As a creator using your global platform from a non-English speaking country, the communication process during this support ticket was quite challenging. I received conflicting information from different agents, which caused significant confusion and anxiety about my payments. While I understand language barriers are inevitable, I believe the internal coordination and consistency of support responses could be optimized. A smoother communication flow is vital for creators who rely on your tools worldwide.

2. Pricing for Individuals:
I truly appreciate the quality of your tools. However, I hope Artlist will consider offering more flexible pricing or discount options specifically for individual creators in the future, as the cost is a significant factor for independent artists.

3. Barrier to Entry for Advanced Features (Company Email Requirement):
A specific suggestion regarding the registration for advanced model workspaces: I noticed that access currently requires a corporate/company email address. I strongly believe this requirement needs to be reconsidered.
We are living in an era of independent work. Many professional creators and developers operate as freelancers, solo studios, or independent contractors rather than within traditional corporate structures. Requiring a company email creates an unnecessary high barrier for us to access these advanced tools. I strongly suggest allowing access via personal professional emails to align with modern, independent creative workflows.
