You are in control and they are great support. Helpful and available. We have had our screen for about 5 years and the Arreya team have never disappointed us. Great communication, fast service. They have gone above and beyond to help us utilize the product to help us inform our clients of our services.

So far I have had to update the screen daily but I understand there will be a way to set it up to be scheduled with daily changes soon so I can set it and forget it.

With a schedule that changes daily our clients, volunteers and doners know they can count on the screen to get the info they need without having to wait for a staff person to answer their questions.

Communication for visitors and employees has improved. The signs are placed throughout the facility which eliminated employees needing to visit the bulletin boards for information. Remote employees can also view the messages.

I have researched and demoed dozens of signage solutions and Arreya is the best overall solutions I have found. It's very easy to get up and running, even someone with little or no experience can master the software quickly. It's affordable no matter the size of your organization. And when support is needed, or you just want to ask a question, access to the support team is almost immediate and extremely helpful. Also, the support videos are excellent and I would recommend reviewing them before calling support. They will probably answer your question. I have worked with digital signage software since 1988, and purchased several different solutions over the years, but Arreya is by far the best and most affordable I have used.

Scheduling can be a little challenging but is a minor issue, as far as overall satisfaction. Once you understand scheduling it is a snap to create schedules. I would like to see a better way to organize media content.

Needed something easy to use and affordable, with scheduling. Arreya solved all three.

Customer service is top notch. I mainly deal with the billing/subscription charges and I've always been able to have any question answered right away; in addition, the staff has always been amenable to my requests.
