What I like best about it is that it's super intuitive to use and results are fast.
What do you dislike about ArcGIS Insights?
Not EVERY city in Texas uses them. So stick to the big cities.

Just do it.

I find the answers to water/sewer lines for properties. I find where the MUD districts are. Etc.

Efficient way of representations of data
What do you like best about ArcGIS Insights?
This is the application which help me with small amount of knowledge and time to create a data reports includes charts and visual representation of spatial relations data for clients and program teams.
What do you dislike about ArcGIS Insights?
With an Esri enterprise or Arcgis online users need to pay additional licenses fees for this product.
Recommendations to others considering ArcGIS Insights?
Easy and efficient to create a representation of any data with some logical calculation in form of charts, graphs and analysis report’s.

It has been great for maps, weather, and location points for new fire stations.

The layers for the maps.Being able to identify where new stations are needed.

Not very easy to learn how to use unless you are on it daily.

Charts and map are interactively communicate.

Map scale range doesn't work in Map, and feature symbols have little choices.

be skillful in using database management studio and writing SQL queries, and understand the business data well.

We use this tool very easily created many data analysis charts and reports, they are very straight forward for our upper management to understand and use our business data, like work orders, assets, facilities, helpful for their decision making.

Great tools and fairly intuitive and very powerful interface.

Flexible and powerful interface and capabilities.
What do you dislike about ArcGIS Insights?
Having a lot of trouble connecting to eGDB databases (Oracle) without Administrative access (which users shouldnt need one would expect).
