It allows all the bank to be accessible at single place. It is very much solution oriented too. There are many permutations and combinations done while creating this.
The open API needs to be closed. Otherwise every thing is perfect. The overall app is technically stronh and is robust and flexible too. Not having any many issues as such.
It made it possible to integrate with other system easily. I personally use this very much as it is solving all the time limit issues. All work can be done in a short span of time.

It is a really good platform, but sometimes it complicates stuff by having too much AI-driven customer journey process, which sometimes looks over the board. And because of that, it becomes really difficult to pitch in suitable products. Chatbot interface sometimes behaves weirdly, and it doesn't answer well to the customer.
It is a beautiful tool to have. Because it helps in many ways, it helps in fast-tracking go-to business for new products and services after analyzing customer journeys in its business value chain. I don't think of any negative points about Appway Digital Banking, but I would share an opinion if the backend developer adds more features than are suitable for anyone.
