What is a fantastic looking and functional site, if you encounter problems and nobody is there to help. The customer success managers are flexible and are always able to problem solve. Ease of use is a great point. Control over users is something that we love, where we are able to see statistics and progress of each enrolled student.

It is also fully personizable.

However, one of the best points is that it is an open platform , therefore upgrades and new content is continuously being added.

Tahoe doesn't have many negative points. I wanted a company that could completely mimin the edx website, however that is impossible, they still have some minor issues, but they are heading in the right direction, and fast.

Its a fantastic platform, easy to use and as the administrator, I have full control over all the students answers and results.

Our company is now able to set a standard across the board with our technical service engineers.We are seeing who is really pulling their weight in our company and who is not.

I like the UI a lot. It is slick and easy to use.

Would like more xBlock integration right out of the box.

E-learning has always been a challenge for us. Tahoe allows us to deliver professional, easy to use course content giving our learners and course administration staff a positive experience.

Appsembler's multi-tenant Open edX platform is rock-solid. We have not experienced a single outage since our class began in Dec-18. Their support is very responsive. I typically get a response back within an hour. Overall, we are very happy with the system. Their branding and styling wrapper made setup a breeze.

Being a multi-tenant system, they are very cautious about upgrades that will affect all users. They are working on upgrading the platform to Hawthorn, but it is currently on Ficus 4, which is around two years old. There are also a few standard features in Open edX that are not implemented on their Tahoe platform such as instructor e-mails to the class and discussion forum notifications.

Keep in mind that their business model charges per active user. This works perfectly for us since all of our courses are enrolled by invite only. If you are planning on deploying a large MOOC, be sure to plan for the potential costs.

We are able to deliver robust on-line training to both internal and external audiences. Open edX on Tahoe is a very robust and resilient platform that would be prohibitively expensive for us to support internally.

Tahoe is fully functional immediately. You can start creating and running courses as soon as you register. They've taken the configuration out of the process. It is also easy to customize branding and site pages.

The learner experience and course building interface are both excellent. You have the full power of Open edX at your disposal.

Managing multiple courses for multiple segments is a challenge; we need a better interface for enterprise level administration
