What I like best about ApparelMagic is how seamlessly it brings together inventory management, sales tracking, and production into one easy-to-use platform. The interface is intuitive, the reporting tools give real-time insights, and the integrations save us hours of manual work. It’s clear the software was designed with apparel businesses in mind, which makes it incredibly efficient for our day-to-day operations.

Honestly, I haven’t found anything I dislike. ApparelMagic has met and exceeded all of our expectations.

ApparelMagic has streamlined our inventory tracking, order management, and reporting, eliminating the need for multiple disconnected systems. This has reduced errors, saved significant time, and improved communication across our team. The real time data access allows us to make faster, more informed decisions, ultimately increasing efficiency and profitability.

They respond to inquiries and questions in about 2-15 minutes. They include suggestions for improvements in their updates.

Should have the option to link/save a file across multiple POs or orders.

Its allows us to track orders, shipments, changes, due dates, etc.

Our business is pretty unique and not a typical order flow as with most apparel brands, but Apparel Magic still adapted with us to make us more organized from POs to. invoicing and reporting.

There are certain things we have had to create workarounds for because our business is unique but Apparel Magic has worked with us every step of the way to get us close to what we need.

As we were starting out as a new company everything lived on spreadsheets or in our head. Apparel Magic has organized everything for us from customer management, ordering, invoicing and reporting to make us a better company.

We’ve been using ApparelMagic for over 10 years, and it has become a core part of our business operations. Over the past decade, we’ve seen the platform grow and evolve in meaningful ways—becoming more efficient, user-friendly, and powerful with each update.

ApparelMagic has an outstanding support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their users’ success. If a feature isn’t available, they add it to their development roadmap for future releases. That kind of customer-focused mindset is rare and incredibly valuable.

I wish they had a few more 3rd party EDI partners already integrated, I am sure more are in the pipeline.

Apparel magic allows the user to add custom fields. So, this makes it much easier to add specific crucial data with the proper label customized to the need of the moment. It also has many great time saving tools to find the data you need or to upload data into the system. It allows changing style numbers and customer account numbers.

Customizing form layouts requires some learning but customer service was quick to help out.

Apparel magic does EDI order import, EDI Invoice output, inventory management over multiple warehouses. Can allocate one or all warehouses. Has its own B2B webpage hosting using the same data from ERP.

It's very effective because of it's inventory management and sales management because it makes the tough process very simple and it is also usable in fashionext journey and I used this and also I am working on market mix modeling company so it is very useful for me in this Industry of apparel and also help me to maintain all the inventory part in better of accuracy.

New learning opportunities are missed out with very less customisation available option. In this time of period we have various software that can more optimised and time saver it is somehow more complicated to use in this time.

So far, I cannot say that Apparel magic has anything which is not business friendly. Web-based, accessible anywhere with internet access, what else you need.

Numerous features! Apparel Magic has a tonne of features that make it a great solution for any size apparel company, including inventory forecasting, inventory management, designing production projects, buying raw materials, and sales management and commission payments. It greatly simplifies handling things. I can create manufacturing projects for the orders for which I don't have adequate inventory after identifying them on the Orders dashboard. Before I started utilising Apparel Magic, I had trouble keeping track of my inventory.

ApparelMagic is so well incredibly thought out, easy to use, and intuitive that we have yet to find something we couldn't easily accomplish or set up for use with ApparelMagic. They integrate beautifully and perfectly with all of the standard systems that our industry uses (payment gateways, sales tools, eCommerce websites, shipping software) that putting ApparelMagic at the core of our business was a no-brainer, and we couldn't be happier that we did. They continue to surprise us regularly with new features and updates that we always find ourselves pleasantly surprised that we can make use of (line sheet tools, B2B sales options, etc.). Rock-solid stability, super fast and easy to navigate interface, it's an absolute win from all directions. Also, their pricing is so much more affordable than competitors with systems that do half as much, it's incredible. Their support team is super responsive, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

There is literally nothing at all that we dislike about ApparelMagic. Any request for an update or a change that we've made has been met with a very talented support team who has walked us through accomplishing what we needed to do.

If you are a small to medium sized apparel business, don't waste your time looking elsewhere for a perfect ERP to run your company. They're simply the best. I've evaluated and worked with dozens of systems over the years, no one comes close to ApparelMagic as a service or as a company supporting their service. They're wonderful all-around to work with.

Production management, e-commerce sales through our website integration, submitting order approvals to our factor, pick/pack/shipping, line sheet and sales material generation, product management, costing and analytics... the list goes on and on. ApparelMagic is at the core of every single business process that we utilize on a day-to-day basis. The benefits are easily recognized. The system is lightweight, fun and easy to use, affordable, always available with no downtime, basically saying that it "just works". It's well thought out, you can tell that they've done this for a long time and we're happy to address every business challenge with ApparelMagic. Most pleasant and solid software service we rely on to run our company.

Almost everything met or exceeded my expectations. Worked well to keep track of inventory and pricing with ease.

I really liked everything about the software and the support was great as well.
