I love how the website offers just about any and all services you could possibly want or need for business and professional purposes. It offers website making, cloud hosting, marketing, domains,custom emails, logos, safety and security and more!!! I love that it's so simple to access all of these services from one website. Also the prices are actually reasonable and affordable. The website has a fresh clean layout. It offers access to support and customer live chat as well. It's easy to navigate and access whatever service you'd like!

There's actually nothing that I can say I dislike about Aplus. It's a top quality website and so easy to navigate and find the services you need and want to use.

Feeling bad for GoDaddy and others. Nothing else.

I am owner of a IT compnay where I started with other plaforms but I was not satisfied with the process of setting up thing they follow. It was a lot more panic. Came across a better solution as aplusnet and till then I am a happy custmor.

We have used Aplus.Net since it was started by Abacus in 1997. There have been several owners, and a succession of user interfaces / control panels. From a reliability standpoint we have probably had two or three hours of downtime in 20 years, with an incredibly cheap cost per website. The negative customer ratings are almost all from users who value customer service and ease of use over rock solid performance. If you setup your websites correctly, they will run unattended for years with great response times and zero problems.

The control panel is still a bit too complex, and the third party https certificate issuer charges more than some other host sites (Yahoo small business services, now owned by Verizon, offers free https). The positives far outweigh the negatives so we are happy long time customers.

Great value for experienced website admins

We have had 5 sites hosted on Aplus and it's predecessors for over 15 years with a total of less than 2 hours downtime.

Navigating the admin pages can be confusing

Excellent hosting company for any company with reasonable technical skills, only negative is overly priced https certificates.

We value maximum uptime at minimum cost, Aplus has always provided that. Also their domain registration is fairly priced without playing the high price game of other registrars, reduced to a reasonable price only when you ask to unlock for a transfer.

I've been using Aplus.net for a few years to host various websites, when there's an issue I can reach their customer service quickly via email or a tollfree number.

Nothing really, it meets all my needs for web and email hosting.

I like that the company made the en-suite easy to navigate and function with ease. The order process for business cards that they designed look amazing

Certain packages have limitation and the price difference between the silver and gold package. They could make a platinum package as the top of the line package and make downgrade the gold package to make the cost difference more visually appealing.

Use the service. It’s quick and easy to set up and navigate. They do majority of the work and are excellent in what they do. Their team of experts are amazing to work with and have amazing prices to go with. The investment is worth the money

It allows us to have email. It's fairly easy to setup.

Have to use POP mail... no server backup without some ungodly costs.

Email is not backed up. So if we lose a computer.. all the email data is gone. Aplus...
