Apartments.com has the largest reach out of all of our internet listing sites. It has numerous partners that also help the listing views get the greatest reach.

Apartments.com is the largest internet listing site for apartment complexes, but it is also the most expensive. It is also sometimes hard to update the information if the property has the information coming from a feed.

Apartments.com helps us with marketing our apartment complexes. They have listings that prospective renters can see and learn about our properties from. They have the largest reach of all internet listing sites. Apartments.

I have used it as a consumer and a previous admin user. I really enjoy the platform and its really easy to integrate and use. A great lead source that is reliable.

From a lead management side, it can vary based on leads. Not super consistent and its expensive.

Nothing to dislike. The better package you're able to get for your rental community, the more exposure your community will have.

They have helped make prospective residents aware of our brand new community and it's benefitted us tremendously. 25% of our leads have come from Apts.

They have access to a wide range of diverse renters. They are number 1 on google search and their platform is easy to use and is compatible to most property management software.

There is nothing I dislike. Maybe they can modernize the appearance of their website.

We had a lot of vacancies, and apartments.com helped in filling those up quickly.

Apartments.com is the primary way to advertise apartments. We have found with our building that almost 100% of our leads are generated from them. In addition, it integrates with Yardi (the property management software we use for the building). With this integration, our apartments.com listing is automatically updated with any openings we have - once a tenant gives notice, the apartment will show as available on Apartments.com. This is vital to keeping our vacancies low.

Definitely feel like they have a monopoly in the industry. As a result, we are at their mercy for pricing increases. Using Apartments.com is not cheap and while there are always options to decrease the package that you have with them, you may no longer be listed as high on their website any longer. Therefore if prices go up, you feel pretty stuck.

Apartments.com helps us fill our apartment - there is no question on the benefit that it provides. We haven't had any issues with the website and are happy with the service we receive. Apartments.

I have been using Apartments.com for several years now. In my position, we utilize Apartments.com for advertising our available apartment homes. In addition to this feature, Apartments.com allows those interested to communicate with us directly by sending messages, applying, etc. On the backside of their website, as a manager, we have tools we can use to communicate with both prospects and our current residents. Apartments.com offers what they call their "My Media Library" feature. This feature centralizes our prospects in one area that have expressed interest through Apartments.com. This feature also provides our office with several templates for different notices that apply to our residents. You can even create newsletters!

So far, I've not run across anything that I dislike. If Apartments.com had a way to integrate our residential management software into their My Media Library, that would be helpful. To connect with your residents, you must upload an excel spreadsheet of your residents before they show in the My Media tool.

As stated above, Apartments.com significantly affects our occupancy. The tools they have for both prospects and managers are invaluable to the business.
