And design is very easy to use and well documented components. By using ant design components now I am able to customise my UI as well as functionality very easily.

Sometimes few components didn't work accordingly our need and they are not that much customisable. Rest all good.

Before that we are using reactstrap and its very complex to create any form and getting their value and binding their value but with the help of ant design its very easy to bind value ad well as get value of any control.

I think sometimes Ant Design React has some limitations regarding the customization of the styling and components, some versions are very different and normally it's hard to upgrade the version

It is solving a lot of problems and helping us to implement different components on our websites that normally it would take more time to create them from zero, it is very helpful to have these components in hand

This is one of the most popular libraries among react developers. It has almost all the UI components which are required to build a website or app. From table to Accordion it provides everything. The best part it is extremely easy to use.

One thing I dislike is that since it provides almost all possible functionality but if you are looking for something specific and it doesn't there then you have to override the global CSS and sometimes it becomes difficult for newbies working on React.

Ant Design is solving all the major problems. Just Import the UI component and start using it. I don't have to create all the components on my own and handle all the edge cases for each component. All major UI components are covered in this library.

Ant design provides best and light weight React components which any developers can make use of while creating projects and the ease with which it can get integrate helps reducing developing time and energy.

Ant design is very good in terms of being lightweight but the only downside is the no of wide variety of components due to which a developer has to search other UI packages like MU.

In ant design documentation half of the components are written in functional and half of them are class-based components. it should add mobile-friendly components.

Ant design is such an easy-to-learn library it has almost everything a developer wants and it saves your precious time, i got to know this through a friend an year ago and i have been using it since than and i am in love with it.

The customization is very limited in this library and there are many bugs when you open a modal and close it the button's color goes to a disabled state unless you click anywhere else and if you open a "SELECT" dropdown in a modal and you scroll up/down, it becomes unresponsive.

I am saving my time through Ant Design and the UI becomes very neat and clean through Ant design I don have to do extra efforts, everything is there in the package.

Ant Design offers so many slick components that I believe you could theoretically use only their UI to build an entire application. Most of the component behaviors and UX patterns are ideal in the general case. The documentation is extensive, with tons of examples, and stays up to date. The default design in the last couple of major versions has remained classic enough that nothing about it looks dated yet. Configuring the build so that Ant uses your custom style values is a bit trickier to figure out but doable nonetheless. Devs/maintainers are super responsive on GitHub.

Providing custom styles on a component level can be a bit annoying to accomplish. I find we often are tempted to (and sometimes do) override styles on their global classes, frequently using "!important" directives, because it just feels so much more straightforward. So, I'd advise other users to keep in mind that this is a pretty comprehensive design system, and if you treat it as such, your expectations may be more appropriate, and you'll reap more of the benefits.

When we're working along with Ant Design (and not hacking it as a quick-fix), it keeps our application incredibly cohesive. It is also relatively simple to establish good code patterns around the Ant components. Their component APIs set several good precedents to model.

I liked how they have a concrete design system based on which all of their components are structured. They have open sourced library and options to pay for extra which is great in my opinion. I am overall satisfied with the code quality of the libraries.

I don't like the fact that it's not too generic and is only meant for enterprise UI and mostly dashboards. They should have mobile first components and have better off the shelf support of responsive design.

There are certain things.

1. Whenever we want to change the styles of any element. The ant design renders the global style that is not like by the developer's point of view.

2 . We want good pop-up's in the ant-design library.

I like the sheer amount of components offered, along with excellent documentation which makes it really easy to integrate within your existing React apps. The docs have code examples which help out a lot and make things quick to implement. Since it's such a popular framework, there is a lot of customer support available on forums. I find myself using this framework frequently because of easy it is to make a professional-looking app without design experience and quickly!

I dislike that sometimes it can be hard to customize certain components to fit your app's design language. If you are using the components as is then it won't be as much of an issue, but just something to keep in mind about Ant Design.

Design is difficult. Making components like date-pickers is difficult. Ant design solves this by providing industrial/professional looking components that are beautifully styled and really really easy to get started with. Because it is backed by Ant Group, I am confident in this framework because it is battle-tested at scale. I can easily get complicated components like data tables and datepickers with a single import statement.
